Review 1：The breakfast had a poor choice, the omlet was green (!?!), the sheets were yellow even if they seemed washed, there were only two big towels in the bathroom, no smaller ones for hands.

Review 2：The location was good. 10 min walking distance to the train station, 15 min walking distance to the beach. The staff extremely nice and helpful. They allowed us to leave the luggage there while going to the beach after checkout. We were there for Open'er festival so we didn't spend that much inside.
