Review 1：Breakfast could have been better. For example, they serve ham but no turkey or chicken (which are easier to digest-not causing intolerance). In general, breakfast is good, but needs to be improved, in order to be up to the standards of this hotel.

Review 5：The outside of the hotel does not look very good but the back of the hotel is quite nice with parking and patio area for relaxing and eating breakfast. Don't be fooled by the front.

Review 6：The room was modern, light, cool, had a stone shower, and was quite clean. The personal greeting we received upon entering was lovely and that warmth from the entire staff continued during our entire stay. The location couldn't have been better.

Review 9：We had a lovely room in the modern annex to the main hotel which was an old house converted beautifully inside and out which was also very stylish and modern. The staff on arrival spoke English and were very friendly and explained where to go in Varese. Our room had extremely comfortable twin beds, a massive bathroom with large shower, robes, TV, air conditioning - it was lovely. There is quite a large car park so we were able to park outside our room. There was a good continental breakfast which you could eat outside or in the breakfast room. Would love to go back. In a very busy city but the old town was pedestrianised and had some lovely shops and a few restaurants and bars.

Review 16：This was a stop over during our travels. Really liked the hotel, the staff were very polite and professional. Good parking which is essential when travelling by car. Also near a main shopping area. The only thing that let it down was breakfast, limited choice and no staff in the breakfast area, they were in and out but not really there to tend to anything Otherwise on the whole very good and I would stay again.

Review 18：Only minor points: Not sure what the 'standard' rooms are like, but suspect they may be on the small side. Also, décor is a bit too minimalistic; a few pictures on the walls may help dispel the clinical feel of the rooms.

Review 19：Great location in centre of Varese. Free underground car parking - so important in Varese. We were upgraded to a very nice, quiet room on the top floor (attic) with vaulted ceiling. Very smart, modern bathroom. Pleasant outside space. Excellent staff.

Review 20：This is a beautiful hotel in a very central location in Varese. The hotel staff are delightful and helpful and gave us several excellent restaurant recommendations. Our room was on the top floor with a beautiful vaulted ceiling and it had a very nice bathroom. We slept very well as the room can be darkened thoroughly and it was very quiet. All the common areas are very nicely decorated, too, and everything looks immaculate. Parking is plentiful directly behind the hotel and easily accessible.

Review 54：We got a room with skylight windows instead if regular windows. There was absolutely no view to the outside world. That gave me a kind of claustrophobic feeling. Church bells were well heard throughout the day. Varese is a city for better or worse - you can find supermarkets, restaurants and parks, BUT the graffiti on the walls outside the hotel and the proximity to the train station gave us low sense of security.

Review 59：The most friendly welcome I have ever experienced. When we arrived, it was raining staff came with umbrellas with smiling face as if they saw their best friends. Rooms have all facilities, they are cosy and spacy. Breakfast in the garden was very good.I totally recommend this hotel.
