Review 1：No parking at location. Did not expect chalet in a back yard and location should be explained in description of place. Thought we had booked the wrong place.

Review 3：Confusion with the booking. Paid 65 euros per night - didn't get breakfast, when questioned the owner I was told I was charged a breakfast free rate. All other websites charge 62 euros for this property including breakfast. Was not offered breakfast on the sencond nights stay, would have been happy to pay extra as we were only in Hilversum two days for a funeral. Other family stayed at the 31 steps, received much better service, breakfast, bicycles and paid less.

Review 8：The little chalet is very private and very conveniently located. We stayed in the cottage to be close to our family while visiting from Australia, but the chalet would also be very suitable for tourists, because it is very close to the (intercity) station of Hilversum, so easy to visit Amsterdam and other highlights from there. The chalet is very cosy, and although a bit small, there is still enough room for 2 people. Facilities are good. The people running it are very friendly and helpful.

Review 10：The chalet is very close to the station, you can be in Amsterdam or Utrecht in about half an hour. The owners are very kind, you have tv with netflix and internet and they're available to every request. We will sure come back.
