Review 1：We stayed 4 nights prior to our move abroad. Eva and Antoine were super lovely and accommodating with Antoine even waiting around for us to help drive our luggage to the station. And super comfy beds :-).

Review 10：Zeer hartelijke gastheer-en vrouw, heerlijke ruime kamer/appartement met alles wat je maar kunt wensen, fijn stukje wandelen naar het centrum en restaurants. Ge-wel-dig ontbijt!!

Review 11：We were traveling as an adult family who were tired of the big owercrowded multi million city. So the beautiful and friendly Hilversum actually impressed us more than Amsterdam itself. If you are a weed smoker or visiting Amsterdam for it's night life this apartment could be not the best option for you. After 21.00 the town becomes absolutely empty. The train ticket to Amsterdam and back costs about 12 Euro for one person, the route takes 20 minutes. Anyway I like this stay so much. Holland is impressive. Thank you Eva, we would definitely be your guest again!

Review 12：Thank you, Eva! We had the wonderful time in Hilversum! This small quiet and beautiful town left an excellent impression to us. We rode bicycles for free and enjoyed the view to the beautiful Holland always-green streets and houses with large windows and suburb fields. Eva was very polite and hospitable. Her breakfasts are very tasty and we never left hungry. Also she lives in the same house and speaks Russian and English perfectly, for some people it might be convinient.

Review 13：I had an amazing stay at 31 steps! A real insiders tip for all Hilversum-visitors. (private or business) Great room (1 bedroom / 1 living room) and delicious breakfast. They also have bicycles which can be used free of charge. It only takes you a couple of minutes from the B&B to the center of Hilversum. Beautiful ride and great experience to explore Hilversum with the bike. Very Dutch! I'll be back soon!

Review 14：The bathroom is quite small but it is perfectly clean.

Review 15：We enjoyed the nicely furnished and proper accommodation with its comfortable beds and the excellent breakfast very much. The owners were extremely friendly, also very handsome with our kids. The bikes were quite useful for trips in the city. Especially the children were happy about the perfect TV and WIFI conditions. We had wonderful days and would have liked to stay a bit longer.

Review 24：Nothing really. We were initially worried about the stairs leading directly to the apartment because of our toddler, but since the doors to each of the rooms could be closed, thus blocking off the space with the stairs in between the two rooms, it worked out just fine.

Review 25：We had a very pleasant stay at 31 Steps. The hosts, Eva and Antoine, are awesome! They were very welcoming and attentive and made every effort to make our stay as nice as possible. The apartment is clean, light and tastefully decorated, a nespresso coffee machine a big plus! The breakfast was fantastic, both in terms of quantity and quality. The house is located right outside the town center, and we used it as a base for exploring the neighboring towns. We were offered the bikes and even though we personally did not use them, I have an impression that the entire area must be a paradise for bikers.

Review 36：Cozy, charming b&b. The room is so nice and the attention to details was really high. The owners are very friendly people. We spent only one night in Hilversum, we easily reached Amsterdam the next day by car but we regret we didn't have the chance to spent a few more days there. Highly recommended.

Review 40：The owner of 31 steps - Eva- is the most warming, friendly and pleasant person. She welcomes you at her house in the way you feel really at home. She and her husband were trying to do their best for us to feel comfortable and have all that we need and want.The breakfast was great, the amosphere in the house is so nice and quiet. Good location, a bit far from Amsterdam, but having a car is not a problem, and it;s possible to reach Amsterdam by public trabnsportation as well. I have already reccommended it to my friend who are planning their trip to Netherlands next year.

Review 41：This B&B is perfect. We are welcomed personnaly by the owners who are very kind and speak many language. The rooms (2) are very clean. The bedroom is large, as well as the bed. Our two children slept in a very confortable double bed which can be transformed into a sofa. There is a microwave, dishes and free coffee/tea. The neighborhood is quiet and we are closed to a bus station which drive is to the main train station in a few minutes and then 20 min to Amsterdam. The owners lend freely bikes
