Review 1：things were a little old,cracked tiles in the bathroom,delamination of some cuboards and window sills ,, not dirty or dangerouse just a little old.

Review 2：acsses to the snow was good

Review 3：When the snow cover is marginal and the Gully Chair is closed, you're forced to wait for the village shuttle buses to access the Eagle or Falls Ck Express lifts. Restaurant was closed for season before we arrived. The swimming pool area needs a lot of attention and maintenance.

Review 4：The Falls Ck CC is in a great location when the snow is on the roads. Room was clean and cooking facilities were not too skimpy.

Review 5：Falls Creek is very expensive and, at the end of the season, was a little disappointed that some of the lifts were closed - especially the Gully Chair which was very convenient and right next door.

Review 6：Was upgraded to a Deluxe 1 bedroom apartment, which was a nice surprise. Apartment had been recently refurbished so was very clean, comfortable and quiet - unlike some of the reviews which I had read.

Review 7：Great location right on the main road means you don't have to get the (expensive) over-snow to your accommodation. We were also able to leave our gear in the locker and use the showers on the last day despite having already checked out.

Review 8：We had trouble with the dishwasher which we did notify staff of and housekeeping were very helpful in trying to get it to work for us but wasn't a very practical machine given the amount of times we needed to use it. The bedrooms could do with some fans, it was early spring so we were finding it quite warm at night which made it hard to get to sleep. Also we had an error with our wifi account, in fairness we didn't notify staff of this so this problem could've been rectified for us.

Review 9：Location was perfect! Only 5 min walk from the main lift. Staff were very helpful and friendly! Balcony view was beautiful! Apartment size for 8 people was very comfortable, we could still have our own space when needed. Bathrooms were nicely kept and modern.

Review 10：Staff were completely disinterested on check in . Failed to help us with storage effectively and our room wasn't ready until 4:30/5pm!! Crazy late check in rule and yet have to be out by 10. Also we had no idea there were any pool, sauna facilities on site until our last day as no orientation or explanation on check in and we were unfamiliar with the hotel and with falls creek in general . Also failed to inform us how we could safely get to the chairlift with our 4 year old and we worked out we found exit directly to a track from our floor by accident ourselves - previously struggling going all the way downstairs then outside down slippery concrete stairs with skis and children in tow- inconvenient and dangerous!

Review 11：View from balcony was lovely

Review 12：Horrible shower with no consistency in the water temperature. Went from scalding hot to freezing cold and back again every 30 seconds so you had to attempt to wash yourself in the brief moment it was the right temperature. The bed was ok but was very noticeably two beds joined together so was not very good for cuddling. Plus it smelled stale

Review 14：So expensive, but I understand why. However keep in mind you can get a week in Queenstown NZ for under $1000 when this was $700 for only 2 nights. A week would be $2450 at the Country Club. The money saved from booking in NZ accommodation ($1450) can pay for your flights and all most all of your lift tickets. And the snow is twice as deep. So really thats the only thing I didn't like was that its not very competitive internationally. But Locally it was one of the cheaper places :-)

Review 19：Fire alarms went off twice in 24 hours but there was no announcement or comment from staff. We had to go to reception to confirm that all was safe. Do with the restaurant did breakfast. Pool was a bit to cold

Review 21：Very run down, keys & access once in the building inconvenient, Spa & Pool area tired, Arrival area should be upgraded and improves a reception area for overall impact... Let me influence the future upgrades..this place could be amazing with some fine tuning!

Review 23：The common areas such as reception, entrance, public bathrooms, entrance to pool area are all pretty shabby and need a thorough clean and overhaul. Breakfast option would be good as the restaurant only open for dinner.

Review 24：The apartment was beautiful: warm, cosy, stunning view, and very clean. Right next door to Gully lifts to intermediate and advanced slopes. Bit of a walk to the main chair lift to beginner/ intermediate slopes. Ski to door. Good sauna, spa, pool plus there was a spa bath in our apartment. The beds were super comfy too!

Review 27：When we arrived late in the evening, the room had a smell which was unpleasant so we opened the door - prefer to be cold. The toilet hadn't been flushed which was pretty disgusting.The beds were very hard and to us, very uncomfortable; the decor quite dated; limiting wifi to one device per room is ridiculous in 2015; staff were not unfriendly, but not particularly friendly either - no one asked how our stay was when we checked out, which in my experience is unusual.

Review 29：Ski storage rooms were awkward, smelly and small. The stairs down to the chairlift were dangerous and blocked by cars. This needs to be reviewed.

Review 31：Could I suggest some attention be given to the sliding doors, which in our room did not seal properly allowing a very cold draft into the room. This would help with reducing heating costs. Also it would be nice if the quilt covers were replaced with something more modern to smarten up the room. Free Wifi for more than one user would be good.

Review 32：I was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. We needed several items replaced in the kitchen, and it was resolved almost immediately and was no problem. The studio room was spacious and comfortable, and the view was delightful. Close to Gully Chairlift.

Review 33：No outdoor furniture on balcony. The lift closes and moves off too quickly when luggage carts are coming in and out at the same time. Limited ski in and out opportunity.

Review 35：Whilst not unwelcoming I didn exactly feel welcome in fact to say our famy was a slight inconvenience at the start of snow season would be the most polite statement. The heated pool was cold the actual building was warm but the water brrr and this was a selling point for me with a young family. Whilst they wanted to look helpful if I ever actually asked for something like extra milk for example even when given it I was told to go to the shops even though at the time it wasn't possible and when paying almost $500 a night in low season with no service to my apartment I was disappointed with the attitude towards a simple request such as milk. The actual apartments are very dated and this hotel could do with a major upgrade/refurbishment.

Review 36：It was comfortable enough and would be the in a great spot in peak season near a snow lift. The driveway access is a positive.

Review 37：Staff wasn't helpful with resort info. Room interior old and needs refreshing. Small rooms with thin walls and no noise barriers between internal and surrounding rooms. No daily cleaning or towel replacement. A long walk uphill with small kids to get to village bowl. Hotel marketing ski in/out but it was not at start of season. Overpriced!

Review 39：Our experience with reception was very bad at check out, the staff member there was very rude to us accusing that we had extra people in our room based on some security camera (counting some of our visitors as extra people). Then when we asked them to show us the tapes those were not present nor the manager or the person who has access to security camera. After explaining those were visitors and wanting to talk to the manager who was not available at that time nor contactable their excuse was that it had happen 2-3 times before. We felt it was purely racist in the way she accused us. Sorry to say we will not recommend them to any one again.

Review 41：Table too small for 3 people, let alone 4. Needs a larger fridge for 4 people. Laundry facilities should be included as part of the rate - not an additional cost.

Review 55：Room had no ventilation, anyone using toilet could easily make the whole apartment smell. Ski storage room had a very strong mould smell. Hours of use for the spa/ sauna were very restricted, didn't get to use as it was closed when I was able to get there. Hot water was only available in the mornings.
