Review 1：Only convenient for those who are driving. The only way u can get out and in the hotel is a long long steep slope. If u are not driving, u will hv to walk along the slope every time u go out for reaching the street to bus stop and other places.

Review 2：The staff and the service. Free welcome drinks served when check in. The spa and sauna are excellent. Free shuttle bus between hotel and airport is convenient.

Review 3：1) Heineken beer in the minibar - the choice of beer was poor I wish it was real beer either made in Korea or any other brand but Heineken was an absolute disappointment. 2) Choice of musician (duet performer) - wrong type of music played -depressing music and voice 3) artificial flower arrangement - real flowers and plants would add good vibe to the place 4) room was not ready to check in and had to wait for 1 hour :(

Review 5：A really beautiful hotel, in a gorgeous setting with fantastic facilities. The staff are wonderful and so keen to make your stay enjoyable. The free mini-bar is also an absolute winner!

Review 6：When we arrived (after 3pm) the room wasn't ready and we were told to wait 15 min because the room was still being checked. When we got into the room we found it to be very dirty. Wasn't it just checked? Simply not acceptable for any kind of hotel. Complained and got a new room which was also dirty... (although a little better) Complained again and told the front desk exactly what was wrong. Hope it will be better in the future. Rooms seemed a little old and could need renovation. Lots of scratches and bruises in the paint, doors and desk.

Review 7：great view, beautiful garden. Two big pools with big jacuzzis (both open till late). Different restaurants to choose from and the food we had was good. Staff was always very friendly but their english was not as good as I would expect from a 5-star hotel. Location was convenient but you should get a rental car. driving on jeju isn't difficult.

Not enough support. @Central Aircon set at the temperature of 28 C - too warm and cannot be adjusted individually. @my bedroom faces the entrance fountain and hotel carpark which is rather noisy at late evening and early morning. Nearly half of the rooms are facing that direction. Be mindful to confirm the direction of the room before booking.

Review 19：Didn't like the fact that I could not turn on the air con as the hotel setting means the whole place does not get air con in March, only central heating. Which meant the room was a bit stuffy and warm on the first night, I didn't like opening the balcony sliding door as we faced the car park for our second room (our first room was in the ground floor and we didn't feel safe leaving the balcony door open the whole night with our kids asleep). Such a lovely luxury 5 star hotel should most definitely allow guests the option to have air con any time of the year!!!

Review 21：Lovely room with an excellent bathroom (huge bath) and the Lush bath bomb was a nice touch. Food excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Location, of course, excellent though for travelers new to Jeju,there is not really a sea view relative to other hotels in Jungman.

Review 28：The Kensington is a new, very well equipped hotel and the best choice in this tourist area. Unlike Lotte which are more Disneyland, and other which are a little aged, the Kensington is more distinguished, quiet, and with great interior. The staff is super-friendly, the rooms spacy and comfortable, so that you feel home. Free WLAN, sauna, and minibar (never had that before) with daily refill. Convenience store, small restaurants and shopping only 5 min walking away. The Kensington is a class of it's own and I can absolutely recommend it.

Review 29：The staff is inflexible. They could be warmer. I did not sleep the first night due to the hotel room being so hot. The hotel had no air conditioning available...only heat.

Review 30：Beautiful atrium and artwork. There are tons of nice seating areas around the hotel, which is very nice. The pool and outside area are fantastic. The pool lifeguards are the most attentive I have come across. Very nice when swimming with a young child. The Concierge was excellent.

It combines the Asian culture with some Europeanspecialities in a perfect way. The restaurants were all excellent,Italian and Korean the best. We will definitely come back soon. Even ourson, aged 22, will make promotion among his friends in Germany toorganize a tour. Rooftop bar and pool also unique and outstanding.Simply perfect.

We really appreciated having our quiet pool time - and the rooftop surroundings were stunning. Also enjoyed the music they played at the poolside. Review 47：Fantastic reception area with gigantic screen art behind lobby. Great reception of AMY. The hotel is shining new, style like Costes Paris, service like an Aman Resort, great views from the room to a fantastic waterfall art and the sea on the horizon. The food was great, the infinity pool on the rooftop with lounge style champagne happy hour and swim till 1 PM, unreal!!! Great management by SEO at the bar. As frequent travellers this was the best experience ever.
