Review 1：It's a bit away from the old city ( 2 km) but a taxi will bring you there for around USD 3.

Review 2：A pleasant modern hotel located in the safe business district in Ramallah. Nice lounge and good rooms. Internet works well. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and no traffic noise.

Review 3：The delayed us in checking in, we could not find the hospitality and the welcome, the staff are dealing with you not as customer and as gust but as a person that you need them In brief customer service is absolute Zero

Review 4：size of room very small, staff does not take care in hospitality, there was writing all over the hotel services directory, mold and chipping paint on the bedroom side of the bathroom wall, lobby had newspapers and magazines stuffed in magazine holder with no organization or care.

Review 6：Overall service, esp considering it was our wedding night! -Originally given a room with a brick wall view despite having been told it would have a view of the city. -Breakfast was half delivered, then took three trips to get more (having had to tick off items form the menu to show what they forgot), before being told they didn't have the main dishes. They still tried to charge full rate for this. We only recieved half so they relented enough for us to only pay half. -Functional but grumpy reception staff -Toilet continuously flushing throughout the night Not a single apology for inconvenience despite us suggesting it would be a good idea for customer relations. Amazed that leaving customers with a 'good feeling' would be a priority for repeat business.

Review 20：booked the hotel at booking.com and got the conformation instantly. was shocked when I arrived and discovered that I have to pay extra $40 because I had my wife with me !! I also was "offered" to pay in advance. the none-smoking room pillows reeked of smoke and there were ashtrays in the lobby..sorry, NOT 5 star hotel
