Review 1：Spacious room and nice little kitchen. Very clean. Unlimited free Wi-Fi. The rail trail (the purpose of our visit) right across the road for an easy start.

Review 11：Arrived late but Hotel Staff were expecting me. Looked after me and ensured I had and needed everything. Awesome staff, they welcomed and made my stay comfortable.

This will definitely be my one and only motel I am gonna stay in Thames.

Review 24：We stayed for a week as we had renovations at our house and I would stay again the couple that looked after us were just delightful made us feel welcome and felt very at home. I would recommend this place to stay with kids as they have a large back a era yard we kids can play as well as it being just a 2 minute walk to the township. perfect LOCATION

Review 29：We stayed in a spacious family room situated downstairs. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was large with good water pressure. The owners were friendly. Sure it doesn't have heated towel rails or air conditioning but for the price we paid it was good value.
Review 30：They advertised BBQ facilities so on arrival looked for the facilities and couldn't find it. So queried at reception if there was a BBQ we could use and the lady hummed and haaed before saying "yes" we can use their one. When we went to get the BBQ the male owner grumbled and said "oh i'm not going to take it to them they can come get it themselves". There was also a few strands of hair in the fridge.

Review 32：Excellent wifi- owners very friendly and helpful. Having a comfortable two suiter settee in the lounge and the spaciousness was also great as was the outdoor table in the back lawn- and the owner,s cute little dog.

Review 35：The windows keep vibrating under the wind and disturb pur sleep at night. Suggest to tighten the closure of the window to avoid vibration.

Jak!! - the sliding doors to the toilets from above and side neighbour - hearing the sound of the neighbour turning on the watertap - able to hear conversations from neighbours - waking up in the middle of the night because of a garbage truck - no airco could be a problem in the summer since there is a busy road next to the motel you will not leave the window open - pretty expensive

Review 44：In needs of a mattress upgrade, more of a hammock style. Please get rid of smelly pillows, bed sheets, bath towels and all other smelly linen ! My wife particularly disliked the fact that the owner walked into our motel room at exactly 10:05 am, without even having the decense of knocking on the door ( she was not dressed ) and told us that we had to check-out immediately since it was past 10:00 am. He should have seen that we were in the process of packing luggages, they were all over the place including on the balcony. He pushed as far as saying : It is extremely hot in the room sir. ( 3 times ). We felt insulted.
