Review 4：The location was great, at the heart of the city: 1 2 3 city center, near to city train station, and also so quiet place to have a pleasing stay in Varese! A warm welcoming staff is another reason. Cleanliness: excellent! Breakfast: good! Internet connection speed: perfect!

Review 9：I enjoyed an amazing stay here. The staff were delightful and very helpful when I needed a mountain bike at 7 in the morning. You're super close to town, and even closer to the station. If I'm ever in Varese again, City Hotel will be my first choice.
Review 10：The hotel offers rent of bicycle for free (which is good), but due to the heavy traffic it is almost impossible to ride it in the city. If you want to come out of the city (e.g. lake Varese) you should surmount 6 km in a city exit road in a terrible traffic.

Review 13：it was like a home for me, i came back few times already. i love the staff, most of the rooms (ask for the 5th floor rooms, they are better), its very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is good.

Review 15：The hotel is situated a few metres from the main railway station and hence it's location is ideal for getting around. The room was large, clean and modern and had ample facilities. The wi-fi service was excellent; the staff were polite and friendly.

Review 62：It's not so easy to find the right enter of the hotel parking by car. The room was not so well equipped, and noisy at night due to the traffic on the main road, which is just in front of the hotel.
