Review 2：Stunning views across the valley. Modern and contemporary hotel more akin to Western styles. Weekend evening entertainment. Perfect retreat for some relaxation.

Review 3：Puri Pai Villa is a great place with amazing tropical and lush surroundings located a few kilometers away from central Pai. If you're looking for a nice and chill place to kick back and relax for a while this is the place to stay in Pai!

Review 4：sound proof between rooms are very poor. The noise from the TV from the next room can be heard and hot water was not working.

Review 11：The hotel is located in the most beautiful spot in Pai! The view from the pool,restaurant and from the balcony of the room just perfect! The hotel is worth every penny. Highly recommend, you will not regret. .Very high level designing The only problem is the hotel far from the center (Although I think it's an advantage!) We rented a motorbike so we had no problem. Another option is to take the hotel van at a cost of 60 baht per person one way of travel. The hotel give free ride just 2 time a day, in the evening: (out-20:00 + back-22:00). I'm sure I'll be back. Pai is just great place!

Review 12：Some wifi hotspots have been not working. Issue with hot and cold water I the room. In the basin no hot water at all. In the shower it was very difficult to regulate water temperature. It came either very hot or cold.

Review 16：A truly tranquil place tucked in the beautiful countryside about 4km north of walking street (the main tourist street). We were amazed by the design of the whole area, the pool bar and open terrance bar are the most spectacular spots in this place that makes us hardly to say goodbye to Puri Villa. The resort manager Mr.Kim was a super kind and helpful gentleman, my son lost his small blanket in Puri Villa which accompanied him for more than 6 years , after 4 hours bumping bus ride back to Chiang Mai my son found it gone, contacted Puri Villa, Mr.Kim even sent my son's blanket to our hotel in Chiang Mai next day. We really really appreciate it! The staff working in this place are all friendly and helpful. Such a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Review 17：The General manager/Resort manager, He should provide the well training to the local staff in term of the booking/confirmation. In my case so many errors occur such as wrong date of c'k in-out/ family name/ email/ ABF details/ hotel charge. For the service mind, as he told me that he has an hotel experience for long time but in my opinion he needs to improve his emotional control esp. When answer the customer question. Do not interrupt before listening the customer voice.

Review 19：The selection of lunch or dinner is very limited about 4 rice dishes and 4 noodle dishes so would recommend eating in the city center.

We booked at 2,200 and at that level it would be nice to have things like cheese and cold cuts at breakfast. But again the eggs, ham, sausages, toast and jam were perfectly fine, just more in line with a slightly lower price level.

Review 30：Loved the design of the building and rooms, the balconies, the facilities and grounds in general, the pool and the views. It's a beautiful, comfortable place in beautiful surroundings. Nice and soft beds (though queen sized beds, not full 6 ft), good bathroom with very good shower, but no bathtub. We were happy having booked this at 2,200 Baht.

Review 50：There're a lot of insects, ants and geckos. Some doors can'tbe closed properly. Dead gecko found on bed after we checked in(maybe because of low season. Staffs came to clean and change bedsheet very quickly).

Review 51：The environment is beautiful. If the weather is good, you can watchsunrise directly from the bed. Free shuttle service for check-in and check-out and 18:30 to Pai city center & 21:00 back to hotel. Staffs arefriendly; breakfast is simple but tasty (we stayed only for 1 night).

Review 52：Very difficult to find the staff when you really in need, i.e., when your room gets a sudden black out, and they forgot to replenish my toothpaste. For newcomers, this location is very difficult to find, they will pick you up in the bus station on the first day, but when you drive back from downtown at night, it is painful to find the location. After all, it is a wonderful choice to make, and seems that Puri, the owner, is a famous star in Thai.

Review 53：The staff are super nice, and the place is extremely satisfactory compared with Tarin hotel we stayed in Chiangmai. They will help you to book taxi or motorbike rental service. Breakfast are all kind made, the selection may not be wide, but quality is good. Room is very clean. And you get the best view wherever you are as long as you are in the villa.
