Review 1：We have stayed here before and are always very satisfied with the services offered. The office staff is always so helpful. Free wif-fi is available whereever you are and there is now a cafe which also offers room service. The location is excellent and we usually leave our car in their parking lot and walk to our destinations in the town. There is also a taxi service which can be summoned.

Review 4：Property mis represented online, required full payment up front, very poor wifi, no air conditioning, no kitchenette as described in booking and no breakdown of cost for addition charges. Example...no breakdown of cost for local and long distance/international calling. Local call from Ramallah to Turmos-Aya for a couple of minutes cost me $7.68 with no breakdown of cost. Unacceptable. While I like the staff, I would not recommend staying here as I found it to be a mis leading representation of property. You can find a more "honest" location for the cost.

Review 7：I prefer the Royal Court to other hotels in Ramallah - its location is excellent. I also prefer a more honest hotel than the flashy type that are never quite as good as they think.

Review 8：Wi-Fi exists throughout the hotel, but the quality is a bit patchy. Room and especially bathroom are very small but adequate for a shorter stay.

I stayed in the hotel during the unexpected heavy snow in December, and while shops and restaurants outside were closed or unaccessible, the hotel arranged for food for the trapped guests.
