A free shuttle is available from Kaga Onsen Train Station, which is a 10-minute drive away and must be reserved at time of booking.
The air-conditioned rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. A flat-screen TV, a fridge and an electric kettle with green tea bags are included in each. Japanese Yukata robes are provided for each guest and the en suite bathroom comes with a hairdryer.

Review 1：Onsen on 3/F only opens in the morning for men, that means it is very busy if I want to try both Onsen on 1/F and 3/F in short time in the morning before check out.

Review 4：Onsen was very good and facilities were clean. Staff were kind and took pains to explain things to us. Room was big and comfortable. Had little experiences like making our own onsen eggs and getting little treats. Enjoyed myself immensely.

Review 7：Friendliness of staff. We were a party of 6 retirees. One front desk staff was outstanding. Hori-san not only showed us to our room, he was exceptional in his patience to answer our many queries. His diligence went beyond call of duty to help us order food from a nearby restaurant. Translating our orders and then ensuring our orders were correct. He is truly an example of what service is all about. We hope hotel management do read our comments.
