Review 1：Clouds in the sky the first few days of the week. But I am sure if the management of the Hotel could fix this they would....(lol)

Review 3：at arrival I was explained that my booking wasn't available and we had to pay more for different rooms. The family appartment was rather old fashioned. Pricing for winter is extremely expensive compared to other similar or even better hotels

Review 9：The friendliness and professionalism of staff is outstanding. The wellness facilities, ski storage, and ski bus service are all very good. The food is excellent, and there is a nice family-style bar serving kids as well as adults. The location between Obergurgl and Hoch Gurgl is very convenient. An excellent family place.

Review 10：Room decor 311 a little dated and in earshot of lift mechanism. Refurbishment going on around us. Bed uncomfortable. WiFi patchy and constantly buffering and asking for password re-entry?!

Review 28：If you don't speak german you shouldn't stay at this hotel. Some of the owners put up a polite face towards you but they badmouth you behind your back. I got the impression that they only like german speaking guests. Listed below are other reasons not to choose this hotel. Really uncomfortable beds. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere so you always have to travel by bus or car to get to Sölden or Obergurgl. The rooms do not have refrigirators. If you get a room with a so called "mountain view" you will also be rewarde with constant noise from the stream nearby which can be compared to a really large downpour. The reception is only manned from 8 am to 8 pm.

Review 31：The receptionists were not overly friendly ( but the waiters and waitresses were very pleasant). The supply of bacon at breakfast was somewhat parsimonious! Nearly empty trays of dried scrambled egg does not look appealing! In the main, though, the good was good.

Review 34：The hotel was very well run, the staff were very friendly and the rooms very comfortable. The food is good and the hotel puts on special evenings. The hotel is slightly outside the village (2 minutes) on an efficient bus shuttle route, which was fine for us but may be an issue for others looking for a more lively atmosphere. The spa is an added bonus, lovely to relax after a good day skiing.

Review 35：I did not like the fact they had only one receptionist when it was verybusy. I had to wait over 15 mins to be seen!!!

Review 38：Pool needs to be about 2deg. Warmer! Although lovely once in. Shame the music evening was in the smoking area, with a lot of smokers in there we hate smoking so could not participate.

Review 39：Great location for skiing sitting just 5mins each way to either hochgurgl or obergurgl ski resorts with a bus stopping outside every 10mins.great spa / pool area. Fantastic food and very organised and prompt service. Junior suites are great and face the mountain.
