Situated in the centre of the Baile Felix Resort, Hotel International is a 4-star hotel offering a restaurant, a spa&wellness centre with a salt cave, treatment facilities and a beauty parlor. WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Review 1：The only thing i didn't like was the last day when i had to leave :)

Review 3：There were some noisy repairs being done near our room, at inappropriate hours , but we contacted the reception desk and they stopped. One of the outside pools was closed.

Review 12：Clean room, kind people. Had acces at two pools: the internal one was really small wirh hot water, just for chilling out. The outdoor pool was quite nice but had a colder water. A bar is also available outside at reasonable price but you have to pay by cash

Review 13：The double bed is quite small but ok. Air conditioning ok but takes a while to reach the desired temperature. Not too bad considering outside temperature was 37 C.

Review 15：Excellent hotel, with all facilities, very clean and confortable, great location with a marvellous view over the Felix resort. Very friendly staff. One of the best hotels have ever stayed in.

Review 16：If travelling with lots of luggage you might want to ask for a bigger size room (some rooms might be smaller depending on location). We asked upon arrival and the receptionists helped us without any trouble (thanks again!).

Review 17：Big hotel but quiet, situated just near the forest (ideal also for jogging or walking). Clean, modern rooms, excellent beds. Very nice and helpful reception and restaurant staff. Outdoor thermal water pool (opened also in winter!), kids pool and a big cooler water swimming pool, indoor pool available too. Free morning gymnastics in the water (with instructors). Spa offerring a lot of treatments, hair salon, hotel shop with decent prices. Nice breakfast and lunch, also available on the terrace of the restaurant (facing the pools).

Review 18：The outside swimming pool closes at 20:00 and the inside swimming pool is too hot. The breakfast is OK but not fantastic.

Review 33：- I was given a smoker's room instead of a non-smoking room as I requested during reservation; it was obvious that the cleaning personnel tried hard to remove the odor, but didn't succeeded entirely - stained armchair - small room, basic facilities - ok for a 3-star hotel, but not for a 4-star one - no free WiFi in the rooms, only cable Ethernet - the hotel was renovated sometime in the last 15 years, but not recently - the breakfast is lacking in several aspects: defective coffee machine, sometimes the forks/knifes are missing, no juice etc.. - the parking has to be payed separately - the main hallway and staircase was poorly aerated

Review 39：Housekeeping is rubbish. bed sheet hasn't been changed for 5 days. No Wifi in the room !!! After staying at 4* hotels in London , Tenerife and Iceland i would def. not give more the 2 stars for this hotel. Far from the international standards
