Review 1：Getting to the hotels wasn't too easy as the hotel sits on the top of a hill with access only via unpaved road. Staff knows little English, try to order a meal and soon enough you will find yourself imitating a chicken and a pig. Worst thing about this hotel is the plumping - we had four rooms booked and all four rooms had plumping issue (in ours we couldn't get the water off the bath tub, others simply flooded the room)
Review 2：The hotel is 5 minute drive (going uphill) to the close-by-must-visit mineral lake Ursu. You will also find the many facilities in the hotel comfortable, useful and relaxing.
Review 3：When we arrived at the hotel I was disappointed that it is not in Sovata Bai but in Sovata town but the hotel is amazing. The room and the bathroom are very big (twin rooms have 2 king size beds) and the view from the room is breathtaking. The spa has everything: 2 swimming pools (inside & outside), jacuzzi with salted water, wet and steam sauna, massage, waterfalls. The garden is very big with sunbeds and playgound for children. The breakfast was very good and varied.The personnel is very nice and helpful. It is a 15 min road through the woods to Lake Ursu so the distance to Sovata Bai is not a problem (80% of this trail is landscaped and lighted).

Review 19：Reception staff is not qualified to cater to tourists (arrogant and uncompromising, they even suggested that we never use booking.com if we wanted "normal service", instead we should have booked directly with the hotel - I quote the receptionist upon checking-out). We travelled with 2 pre-teen children and 4 adults, so we booked 2 double rooms with an extra-bed in each room, which was offered at an additional cost when booking. However, when we arrived, they said they don't have any extra beds at all in the hotel, and it is not their problem that booking.com offered this option. We ended up in a double room with twin beds (for 2 adults and 2 kids), and another regular double room for 2 adults. So far so good, only our room was located on the ground floor next to the reception area and restaurant - it was VERY loud, we could hear every tourist that came in and out, as well as the kitchen staff arguing at 6 am when they began work. We were also forced to listen to a group of drunk clients singing outloud at 2 am, while none of the hotel staff bothered to intervene. My husband had to threaten to call the police before the receptionist decided to go and ask the clients to keep it down a notch! Obviously that did not impress them and, again, my husband had to go in and tell them "more directly" that at 2 am people are trying to sleep and relax, instead of listening to an alcohol-induced low-grade karaoke performance... Again, no excuses from the hotel administration, they acted like nothing happened the next morning. The A/C remote had no batteries, we asked the receptionist to bring some - nothing happened for a day. After repeatedly inquiring about the batteries, they said the A/C unit wasn't working anyway, so forget it: "It's not that hot, so why do you even need it?" was their professional and caring reply.
