Review 1：We booked on the condition we could have a portacot. We were told we couldn't have one on arrival and only after complaining staff found one. We paid high price for a nicer room, on entry the spa was full of dirty water (particles and hair). The drain did not work. After asking it to be looked at the manager told us that the cleaner fills the bath before we arrive - very strange. The air conditioner was noisy and spat ice throughout the room. Our baby was actually scared of it! The facilities are quite tired, in need of a revamp. I would have accepted these things if the price were not so high. Breakfast was basic, never any water or cutlery available - top it up guys! Or provide bigger bottles.

Review 3：Feels like they are running this place on a shoestring and a spreadsheet. Needs maintenance pretty much everywhere. Outdated decor. Staff are nice but seem disempowered by management. Restaurant was good for a drink but not much else. A pity this place has great potential being in such a great location and a little love would go a long way. The buildings and gardens are nice, just, neglected. Over priced for its standard of service and no cancellation on the booking meant moving to another spot wasn't an option without significant cost.

Review 6：The restaurant does not offer an à-la-carte menu; only set menus which are far too expensive for the area. Apart from breakfast we did not eat there. Bar prices are also on the high side. Wi-Fi available only in the reception area.

Review 9：Very helpful staff, Nice location, Nice beach, easy to drive to the shopping center. Try to book the room close to BAR so that can have wifi there. The sea is deeper than west.

Review 11：The size of the room is incredible with a hot tub which is a very spacious and relaxing. View of the ocean and pool area is great. Locations is great. Staff very friendly and helpful and really go out their way to help and assist in anyway they can. The pool and outside area is nice.
