Mountain View Villas sells fast on our site. Centrally located between the airport and Victoria city, Mountain View Villas is situated on the east side of Mahe Island, in Seychelles. This quiet villa offers a private garden with BBQ and features both mountain and views of the magnificent lagoon.
The spacious, air-conditioned self-catering villas come with a balcony with a sea view or garden view. All villas have their own private veranda, car parking port and garden. They include a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchenette with dining area. Featuring a shower, the bathrooms come with bath and hairdryer. Extras include patio, sun terrace and outdoor seating area.
The beach is a 10-minutes’ drive away and Eden Island is 0.9 miles from the Mountain View Villas. Victoria is 1.1 miles away and Seychelles International Airport is a 7-minute drive away. Free parking is available on site.

Review 1：No privacy - front and back are overlooked and the curtains are see through. Don't know about the other villas but mine was less than 70 square meters, the bathroom was Spartan and the TV wouldn't work. Owners can take an hour or two to respond to requests which means you have to wait around in the villa for them.
Review 2：Close to the airport (5 mins by taxi), within about an hour's walk of the capital at a brisk pace. Views of the mountains and a lagoon, right next to small shops, has a back garden / patio, reasonably equipped kitchen, insect nets around the bed. Owners live on site and are cheaper than taxis, you're left alone if you want to be, the wifi worked well, late checkout accommodated if it can be.
Review 3：A clear misrepresentation of the property...the property has no garden view nor sea view. There a lagoon which liquid unprocessed waste enters and leaves a very poignant smell. The place does not deserve any rating at all. The three star rating is a complete fraud and I am at a loss as to why Booking.com will allow or condone this.
Review 4：Extremely friendly and helpful owner. You will feel welcomed! Our apartment was spacious, clean and very well equipped. Location is very good. Half-way between Victoria and the Airport. There is a supermarket just in front of the hotel.
Review 5：Wifi was a bit slow. It does work in the villas, but a few extra wifi repeaters might enhance connectivity.

Review 7：The place was clean but still we had a huge cockroach in the bathroom,and a lezard ,was really unpleasant and there's no strong light in the bedroom,so better to have your torch to check the room before to go to bed

Review 9：The internet is very unreliable and not available in the room. If you don't have a roaming telephone line or a local number, it then becomes very difficult to reach the outside world.
Review 10：The owner is a great person and goes out of his way to make the client happy. Perfect location with access to commercial transport. Location is very close to the airport and also Victoria. Buses are available to access the beach as/when required.

Review 13：Location for some who want to be on the beach might be a drawback.Problem with the billing in different currencies was confusing(agreement in usd but paid in local currency, but rates very uneven). Iwould have preferred to book in usd and pay in usd.

Review 15：might not suit Muslims, the place is transparent and people can look through from the outside. the back yard was tiny and doesn't look like the pictures. the water heater was something new to me, you have to pull a cable and pull again when you are done the location to me was not to good, soon as I came in there were people visiting the neighborhood and promoting somethings, by knocking doors.. I honestly ran away to another five star hotel..
Review 16：the lady of the place was so nice and polite the place is alright generally, but not very suitable for couples since the walls are mostly glass and its visible from outside there was kitchen.
