Review 1：The room was dirt. Our feet were brown after walking on floor and toilet needed cleaning. The shower leaked all over floor when used. Apart from that, had a great time!
Review 2：Tim, the owner, was extremely rude and was not there to collect the bond. I had to give the money to a stranger which I was not comfortable with. Tim was very rude to me on the phone. I do not recommend staying here at all. It is technically not a hotel as it is a residential apartment block.

Review 4：the reception had a musty smell . The security of the room was poor, windows can't lock and doors don't lock, lift lobby smelt like the rubbish tip, the smell even drifted into the entrance of our room. the room was in a very noisy place.

The first time hear renter have to clean and return the staff back to the original place! And u have to wash dishes by urself! We got the fine because we didn't wash dishes! It's ridiculous ! If that, why we need to live in apartment! We have to clean all the house by ourself... So bad ! I never go to this hotel again!
Review 7：first room we were given was small and very outdated. it was discribed as having a dish washer, king bed ,fans , dining area. After asking we were given another room but told none had dishwashers or dining area. Staff very rushed.

Review 9：Didn't have very good utensils and cooking equipment, also only air-conditioned to lounge room had to have it turned down to 20 Dec to allow it to be felt in the bedrooms.

Review 11：What I didn't like was the fact that we got a 'noise complaint' at 11am in the morning for having the music barley on. Also the showers are a bit small and the sheets had a couple of stains.

Review 17：Our 1 bedroom unit was tiny. But the price was good. Cheapest available at the time. Upgraded after 3 nights to a larger 2 bedroom unit which was a great apartment. TV reception in the 2 bedroom apartment was terrible. Barely able to watch anything. Access after hours is a bit of a hassle but we managed. Parking is $15 per day via the hotel. You can rent a park privately for $40 a week if you check the notice board in reception.

Review 19：Property geared for younger people. Beds very low so hard to get up from. Very steep step in spa with no rail. No rail by any steps going up to pool area. Only seating for 3 in lounge area when 4 older persons in unit. Had to use chair from patio. No toilet brushes or bins in bathroom.

Review 31：Great location just a few minutes from Woolworths, a liquor store, bakery, cafe and chemist. Nice secure apartment building with cooking facilities, pool, gym, sauna. Our apartment had a washer, drier, microwave, stove/oven and full sized fridge. We had a view of the pool, spa and immaculately kept grounds. Gym was well equipped. Lovely foyer area. Helpful staff minded our luggage prior to checkin.
Review 32：Bed shocking, broken in several places, propped up on one side with carpet tiles!!!!!!! causing bed to sag and bend( we are slim people).Slats broken and pieces of timber placed under mattress to stop bed breaking, really not up to standard and quite dangerous. Kitchen sink was blocked with brown sludge but was rectified after 3 phonecalls, I am ok with that because it was a public holiday.

Review 43：The apartment we had was extremely well maintained, contrary to some reviews. It obviously depends on which apartment has been leased but we were fortunate to get the better ones.
Review 44：After receiving several emails outlining arrival directions as 2pm checkin on a Saturday is considered after hours, when we arrived our swipe pass to the basement parking didnt work. There were no staff on site and the Property Manager who had advised could be contacted any time if there were issues took 4 hours to ring me back!! They also take a $300 security deposit which wasnt made clear prior to booking. This is more than we've paid at 5 star hotels! The bed was also extremely uncomfortable and the carpet was stained. Also not suitable for people travelling with babies as they don't provide portacots and was a noisy apartment complex mainly made up of private residences.

Review 47：Good location for the Valley. The apartment was excellent value for money and only an additional $11 for parking. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked amazing. We had an internal view which meant no road noise.

There was a heap of small insects inside flying around. When returning from our event, the lift had a disgusting odour which remained there the next day. Unbearably offensive.

Review 99：When I arrived at the unit ahead of my family I discovered that the unit had not been cleaned. Looking at the state of the unit I would say it has not been properly cleaned for weeks. There are black rims around the plug hole in the bathroom and toilets. The unit was not vacuumed even though the cleaners were called to clean our room after our arrival. The cleaner left the dirty cups and saucers on the sink because there was no tea towel to wipe them. The biggest joke of all is that the dish washing detergent was in a Morning Fresh bottle. Most people would know that this is usually a good quality dish washing liquid. Not at Cathedral. The dish washing liquid was clear which means it was watered down so much that you could not get one bubble from it. This is so disgusting because it means that all the dishes are not hygienically clean -YUK!! The bed that our children slept in was broken. My daughter wondered why in one corner the mattress was so soft. We lifted the mattress only to discover that about three slats had fallen to the ground. My husband emailed the Manager to discuss our experience. Surprise surprise we did not hear from him again. Do not be fooled by how accommodating the Managers are at the point of enquiry. Fortunately we were only staying one night because our experience was very very disappointing as the location was good and from the outside it looked good. We will never ever stay here again and will definitely be letting others know about our negative experience.

Beware you will be charged should you lose a spoon, make a noise, leave dirty dishes which they don't provide teatowels to dry the dishes with. They wouldn't change our room till the next day so had cleaners come and couldn't go to our room till 10pm would not give me number to managers and didn't want to give any compensation. The person I spoke to keep saying he would ring his manger and get back to me witch he didn't had to chase him up every day. We also had to ask for toliet paper which we received two half rolls of opend toilet paper!

No indoor dining table. No flyscreens on windows or doors or flyspray supplied. 4.5* ????

Review 126：The only downside was that noise restrictions were very strict and we were told to quiet down from security because we were out on the balcony talking at 10 o clock on a Saturday night, We understand this is a residential property too so maybe they should put the short term guests together so we don't disturb too many people. Also if you choose to pay the deposit with a debit card instead of credit they will hold $300 of your money and it will take some time to get back. So overall it had a good location for the price but a few minor set backs

Review 132：This is not an hotel or even an appart-hotel complex but rather a private building. No reception on Sunday or after 5 pm. Security staff on-site was not even aware of apartment being rented on booking.com. Complex check-in instructions were forwarded to my email address but ended up in my junk folder. It took me 3 hours to get the keys. The next day I tried to pay at the reception but the lady there was not aware of anything. The owner ended up by liberally charging my paypal account without my consent! Only go here if you're booking well in advance and are ready to provide some paperworks by mail.

Review 134：This apartment was in a massive complex of apartments with short/long term residents. The reception staff started work at 9am and finished at 5pm. If you are on business I suggest you try elsewhere that has more dining/reception facilities. There was no milk in the room. I had to go and buy it from the 7/11.
