Review 1：This is "my place" when I'm in Ramallah. I tried others but this seems for me a very good choice even we can find cheapest price elsewhere. I recommend this Hotel !

Review 2：The receptionist during check in wasn't that welcoming , the floor was full of kids and they were shouting outside and inside the rooms, also I checked out at 5 am and I asked for a breakfast box and it was only one sandwich with two fruits

Review 21：Management will need to look at the following: 1. At breakfast: The juices are not always refilled on time (or at all). The tables are not always properly set (forgotten items), not cleaned on time. Staff is friendly but need additional training on service delivery. Shortcoming of management. Staff should not hang around while arriving at breakfast as it does not look good. Overall, breakfast seriously need attention. 2. Room: out of 3 nights, only 1 night the room was prepared for the evening. You do it or you do not, but not had hoc. Lack of management guidance I guess. I felt that someone slept in room before, which is normal as is hotel, but I mean that the smell, the cleaning need attention. For example the pillows refreshing etc. 3. Services: A 5 star hotel should have better overall services. I asked for massage service, but it was not possible in hotel.

Review 22：Location is good, depending the business meetings. Good parking facilities. Friendly staff and always willing to help. Nice set up of hotel lobby with corners and chairs. Nice set up of outside part with pool and seats around. Clean and fresh. Good surroundings.

Review 23：Often, the large bottle of water was forgotten to be put in the room (3 of our of 5 days). And guests really should receive two large bottles of water instead of one.

Review 24：It was the first time I had seen my husband in 18 months. It was our honeymoon. Our bed was decorated with roses, rose petals, hearts made from towels with rose petals on them. It was the most beautiful thing that I have ever seen!! I met the young man who decorated our room and told him what a fantastic job he had done. It was funny--we both posted pictures of the bed on our FaceBook pages. I also met the General Manager. He was so kind and concerned that I was having a good stay with them.
