Review 1：Staff were attentive and helpful. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable with its own balcony and lake view. We booked the wellness spa and had the entire jacuzzi and sauna to ourselves which was amazing.

Review 2：Although the presentation on the website suggested that access to the wellness area was free of charge, we were charged a small entrance fee (but it was totally worth it).

Review 7：The room was spotless, beds very comfortable,free wifi, their restaurant was good and the staff were were very helpful and courteous.

Review 8：They moved us to a rear room to not bother other visitors with a crying baby. I understand that, the walls and the doors insulated any noise anyway. The problem was that we're booked a room in the attic which had only a relatively small window and we missed the natural light for our child. The alley was illuminated with motion sensor lights and until they heated up we barely see anything in the alley we even needed the phone led lights to find the keyhole. The room was in the rear had a strange shape and was very dark. We asked for different room, but the hotel was full. The breakfast is good but very limited, I don't think that I could eat the same thing more than 3 days. They can't keep up the pace with the replacements so we remained without omlettes or juice. Yes, they could have 2 bottles of orange juice on the table but it's economical for them to have only one and make me to wait for the refill. There are many wifis but only few of them have actually internet. It was pretty hard to find the good wireless.

Review 9：The double bed was huge, they prepared an infant bed for our 5 months old. The hotel is clean and well located, close to the lake, but in a remote street. We felt safe there. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Review 10：Although the kitchen has a modern air exhausting equipment, workers permanently keep the windows open, and due to specific (and almost permanent) fried smell, rooms at the back side of the building can not be properly ventilated.

Review 11：Firstly I would mention the kindness and solicitude of all the hotel staff. They had a prompt and positive reaction to all our requirements, from the first phone contact to the last minute of our stay. And most important, at the promotional basic rate, they offered us a superior double room including breakfast. Whilst I am pretty sure this is not possible during peak season, I can not hide my satisfaction of being treated fairly in the off season. Nice location, consistent and sufficient continental breakfast.

Review 12：The rooms were very clean, the landscape was beautiful and the staff was very nice. The hotel also has a pool and a sauna. We had a very pleasant stay.

Review 13：The rooms facing the parking lot (the back of the hotel) can't open windows or stay on the balcony because the kitchen beneath keeps the windows open and all the smell comes right on your room. On your return from a walk in beautiful surroundings and fresh air, even if you have closed the windows when you left, you return to your room just to find out the room had been cleaned but left with the windows open and all the room is filled with a steak scent, or omlett, sausages or whatever the restaurant is cooking... The restaurant kooks until late in the night so you are stuck with the smell of the frying pan and all. The hotel is too nice for this. It would have been great if they used the cooking-hood. Most TV stations, movies and cartoons, in hungarian only. Kids won't like it.

Review 14：Large room, nice terrace, very clean place, a very comfortable bed. Silent surroundings and very pleasant and relaxing ambiental music on the background. Very nice SPA just for you.

Review 15：Staff friendly and very helpful. Room and bathroom spacious and elegant, bed with very comfortable mattress. The balcony was made of very nice sculpted wood. Hotel is placed in a quiet and green area of Sovata, close to the Bear Lake yet aside from the noisy center. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options, all very tasty. The atmosphere in the restaurant is also pleasant. We didn't try the SPA, since the weather was very warm and we went swimming in the lake. But it must be very cosy in colder seasons. I often go to Sovata, and this hotel will surely be my choice there from now on.

Review 16：The breakfast isn't worth anywhere close to 20 RON per person. If it weren't for the lousy breakfast this hotel would have been perfect and I don't think I've said that about any of the 100s of hotels I've stayed in over the years.

Review 17：Absolutely everything! The staff here is what makes this hotel a cut above the rest. They are the most friendly, helpful, and attentive that I've encountered in the five years that I've been living in Romania. The location is also great...it is a short walk to lake Ursu.

Review 52：Excellent value for money. Brand new hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious, and they are cleaned every day. Breakfast is not included but the price (approx. 4.5 EUR) is right on spot with what you get. The hotel's Spa is great (and free of charge). It cannot accommodate too many people but that's why you make a reservation at the front office. Location: sweet spot - surrounded by trees but also only a 3 minutes walk to the center of the town and 'Ursu' lake. We didn't actually have this problem, but I think some rooms that are closer to the nearby road might suffer from traffic noise at some points. Nevertheless, the traffic is really 'light' if not at all present, especially during the night.
