Copolia Lodge is situated in the Sans Souci Mountains located in the South West of Mahe. It boasts beautiful mountain and ocean views of St Anne, Moyenne and Long Island. The famous Copolia hiking trail starts in front of the lodge.
Each individually decorated room is air-conditioned. It comes equipped with a minibar and a nearby spring provides fresh spring water to every room. The private bathrooms include free toiletries.
A homemade breakfast is served every morning at Copolia. Tea, coffee and cakes are served in the afternoon, and dinner is served on request. Room service is available and picnic baskets can be arranged.
Guests can lounge around the swimming pool; yoga is offered on request on the terrace, or play a game of snooker or darts. A library is available for guests who would like to relax with a book.
WiFi is available. Grand Anse beaches can be reached within 15-minutes drive from the lodge.

Review 1：You really need a car to get anywhere from here. We found the breakfast and dinner very limited, however Coralie led us to a wonderful sea-food restaurant, so this was not a problem. The internet was limited to the lounge area. Okay for checking e-mails a bit limiting if you wish to talk to family. The idea of having to ask and collect our own drinking water was a little foreign to us...we thought that when the room was cleaned that the water may have been replenished then. There appeared to be a lack of communication regarding our option to arrive earlier than the normal change over time and also over the 'ordering' of an evening meal. The service of one of the staff appeared begrudging at times. These are not really complaints, more observation on possible improvements.

Review 2：This lodge is idyllically situated and affords access to both sides of the island. The family room with a separate entrance is situated overlooking the garden, forest, and in the distance the sea. The room as with the rest of the house is decorated amazingly and just breaths peace, tranquility, and style. The place is secluded in the mountains, with the clouds floating passed you. Although we were there in the rainy season the place was beautiful, with a wonderful air of serenity and calm. The Natural products of wellness produced by Coralie were appreciated as was her assistance in helping us find our way about.... Thanks for that.

Review 3：The only negative point was the fact our room didn't have an anti mosquito net and wifi wasn't working in the rooms but the main living room where you have good network access is a very comfortable place so not such a big deal!

Review 4：Food is really top notch. we had breakfast and dinner everyday and loved everything. The location and the atmosphere of the place are great. And a special thanks to Coralie and Rose Marie (sorry for mistakes if any...) for all their tips and advices, extremely usefull to us!

Review 5：It would be helpful to have internet in the room (it wasn't an issue though). The towels were not changed during our stay for 3 nights (although left on the floor). While other accommodations offer beach towels, it was some reluctancy to get those in Copolia. Overall this is not a criticism, just potential improvements, that could be made for future guests.

Review 6：The place is secluded in the mountains, with the clouds at your feet. Simply beautiful, tranquil and calm. Natural products of wellness produced by Coralie amazed and inspired. Special thanks to Rosemay, who was not only very accommodating, but also a great company during rainy evenings.

Review 8：Perfect location for a relaxing retreat in the mountains. If you want to go to the city or the beach, you have to have a car though. Very nice rooms.

Review 9：Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Our a/c wasn't fully cooling and it was fixed that day, got great tips for places to snorkel and dinners were delicious! We had a wonderful stay!

Review 23：We enjoyed our stay at the lodge. The hosts were very friendly I even bought some of their products. Just a little disappointment, the lady who opened for us early mornings didn't inform us that taxi had arrived when we had been waiting for over 20mins until I personally went to check and found taxi had been waiting for over 30mins. Otherwise its a beautiful place to relax. Next time we will consider staying longer

Review 24：This is the worst experience in my trips. Firstly, the location is bad. This hotel is on the top of the mountain. The bus is every 20 mins. The time of walking down the mountain is 2 hours. The attitude of the staffs there is so bad! We tried 5 cards to pay the fee. The machine did not work. The staff just threw the card to my friend and said the police would catch us. However we can got the money from the ATM.

Review 26：A quiet location with a nice view. Because of altitude a bit cooler than at sea level. Good service and friendly helpful staff. Small scale lodge, just 6 rooms so that the atmosphere feels more personal. Breakfast and meal in the evening is very good and practical.

Review 28：The hotel is very nice, our room was big and clean. Look out from the large balcony scenery is very beautiful. The staff was friendly,we had lost our jackets in the hotel , and then we got in touch with them. They reply always very quickly and gave us back per the post.

Review 29：Opulent,clean and spacious rooms meant to spoil yourself, perched right on top of a hill amidst dense forests and mist with a beautiful view of the city.The lady at the reception is very affectionate and takes very good care of you.The choice of wine was brilliant.We had a short halt in Mahe and wish had stayed longer.You can do star gazing at night provided the weather permits!!

Review 30：Beautiful, stylish lodge overlooking the bay, located at the edge of the nature reserve. Nice small pool. Fantastic views on the mountains and the sea. Very quite, a place to relax and enjoy nature. The superior room is really great. Very friendly owners and staff.

Review 31：Wonderful view, large room, enjoyed everything. Due to the beautiful location on a hill we decided to dine at the hotel every evening which was a great choice. Every Day a different fixed menu with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. And the French owners serve great house wine too!

Review 32：Location up the mountain means that you are totally reliant on taxis or hire car to get there or to anywhere from it. Fairly expensive. Very expensive wine. Very limited hot water.
