Review 1：Bathroom design, blind in the shower to cover clear class window rather than just having frosted glass. Couldn't lock apartment door without key, lock kept popping open when pulled shut. One TV remote didn't work.
Review 2：Well stocked with kitchens utilities, pots, pans, utensils etc, everything you'd need. Secured car park. Easy walk to beach and shops.

Review 9：Downstairs suite is very noisy if the suite above is occupied and the location of the aircon condenser unit for the upstairs suite outside the bedroom window of the downstairs suite makes getting a good nights sleep difficult.

Review 14：Apartment was brand new. Its on Bank Street the makn drag of the town You get free parkin in your own garage The oldest pub in Port Fairy is across the street beer good. Food simple and inexpensive. Ifs called the Stump ans is the oldest pub in Victoria state like 1840 There is a public swimmin pool near by. Cool Mandy is cute and helpful. Make a man very happy she could!

Review 19：One improvement would be to have some means of alerting unit occupants to a visitor. We had friends in another unit staying at the same time, and we wished to share transport. A knock on the front door was useless because of long passage thru to unit door.

Review 26：Booked a one bedroom apartment, which, when I got there, was a bit on the small side. However, even though all were non smoking, the room reeked of cigarette smoke. On contacting reception, I was immediately upgraded to a very spacious two bedroom apartment.
Review 27：For some reason their bank pre-authorised my card by taking one dollar and then the full amount. This caused my card to be suspended by my card provider resulting in an expensive, lengthy call to get it reinstated. Can't blame the property for that.

Review 59：The apartment was so small there wasn't even anywhere to put your suitcase. Really uncomfortable and claustrophic and the bathroom shower was covered in mould. The apartment had ants through it and when we told the owner he said there was spray in the kitchen.Finally moved us to an aprtment on the footpath which was also unbelievably tiny.We were extremely disappointed and would recommend one to stay clear of these apartments.

Review 76：Stayed in apartment 1a, Rolladoor not working, no air vent in bathroom,toilet area, plug in sink did not have a grill which means rings etc could go straight down the pipe, no outdoor seats, carpets stained, very poor layout & very cheap fittings, 2 Seater lounge uncomfortable, bed just ok 2/10! Left 1 day early as did not offer what we thought it would - very disappointed.

Review 83：These beautifully appointed apartments are well situated close to the centre of town an surprisingly quiet. Our apartment was spacious with quality and comfortable furnishings. Off street parking with lockup garage was an added feature.

Review 88：On the ground floor [our unit] heating is by fabulously effective Nobo heaters and/or reverse cycle airconditioning. Compressor is outside beside the lounge. Upper floor heating is by aircon only. Compressor for that is outside adjacent to head end of the ground floor bed with sound rated at 66 dB! No fun at 0600. Regretted not paying attention to a review which mentioned the noise.
Review 89：The location was excellent. Short walk to the main historical centre and just across the road from the oldest continuously licenced hotel in Victoria which had great food and friendly staff.
Review 90：When we arrived there was a notice saying there had been a stranger last night and keep doors locked. My family had been travelling all day, we had a quiet night in, each in the own space no movement until we brushed teeth at 9pm. We then heard a very loud knock on the door which was concerning but we ignored it we then received a call from the night manager saying we were being noise disruptive. I found this very upsetting as we had been quiet all evening and were not loud. This was very disconcerting.

Review 107：Unfortunately, on the first evening, my husband slipped in the shower & fell through the glass door, shattering glass all over the bathroom. Although not badly hurt, he did suffer several cuts & scratches. The manager, John, did his best to clean all the glass up, but there was so much of it that it wasn't all gone until the next day when the cleaner came & vacuumed thoroughly. There were no other rooms available to move us into, so we had to stay in that apartment. John provided plenty of bandaids & the cleaner gave us extra towels to put on the floor, as the shower sprayed out with no door to stop it. An unfortunate accident, but maybe a rubber mat in the shower might have prevented the fall.

Review 129：We were very pleased with our choice of the Victoria Apartments. The apartment was clean and comfortable with shops and restaurants nearby and in Port Fairy you can walk to anywhere. The apartments aren't huge, but are still much bigger than a hotel room, and nice to have a separate sitting area and outside area. The kitchenette was fine for breakfasting and simple meals.
