Review 1：The location is very convenient and the room is clean and large. Personnel is kind, they also borrowed me a tie, since I had my suit but I forgot the tie and it was too early for buying a new one

Review 2：I booked and was charged for a Chambre Superior but was given one room on the ground floor and the other on the first floor and both rooms were very simple and not what was shown in the pictures of the hotel. So beware!

Review 3：The location was very convenient as the meetings were held within the city centre so easily accessible to place of work.

Review 4：The front desk staff was extremely helpful in helping me get to the destination of my meeting in a nearby town. Very friendly and efficient. Location of the hotel in central Varese was also a positive. Walkable to the train station. Double pane windows blocked out almost all outside noise.

Review 17：The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. He even carried my luggage without me even asking for it. The restaurant called 'Vittorio' next to the hotel was very good! They served delicious Italian dishes. I had a splendid stay and would surely recommend it.

Review 18：The Europa's location in Varese can't be beat, yet we didn't find it noisy or difficult to access. The included parking was a plus, too. It's beautiful old converted convent, but it's clean, efficient and totally functional. Breakfast was excellent, too. Bottom line: We loved it, and hope to go back!

Review 79：We stayed at this hotel because we wanted to be able to explore the Italian lakes. We knew nothing about Varese ans we were very pleasantly surprised. The staff were very helpful. We had an issue with the minibar and this was soon resolved. Luigi and Roberto, the receptionists were both great as were the breakfast ladies. They made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is right next to the pedestrianised zone where there are plenty of good restaurants. The breakfast was plentiful and they cater for those who cannot eat gluten. The private parking was excellent for our hire car. We would certainly stay there again.
