Review 1：Buggy broke down for 1 1/2 days out of 4 days. Staff unhelpful and difficult to get hold of; didn't get back to us when they said they would; blamed the breakdowns on us not charging the buggie properly, THEY then admitted after a full day, that it was broken, got a replacement around 4pm, breakdown (2nd occasion ) happened at 7.30 am. Also, booking ANYTHING on the island a huge ordeal, no one picks up. At least 3 calls & an email (2 weeks before arrival) to get a booking at Yacht Club. 3 calls to make a Spa booking, 3 calls to make lunch reservations at Golf Club........why????

Review 3：Unit was filthy and furniture was in disrepair. Bedding was grey with age rather than white and dirt was apparent everywhere throughout the unit. the golf buggy was in need of service and surged under normal use. In all a very sad experience.

Review 5：Waters Edge location outstanding close to marina and dining. Spacious High quality relaxing accommodation ... everything you could ask for. Pick up and drop off to airport very well managed which made it a dream holiday. Would highly recommend

Review 8：There were so many ants in the house. Nothing could be left in the pantry with out it being covered in ants. I think this is also due to the climate. The fridge was starting to rust around the water dispenser and the walls have a few marks and dents from wear and tear.

Called the staff many time at airport all voice massage you have to wait them to call you back. .20 mins spent in contact them........the staff was confused our show up as the manager cancelled our stay ???so the room cleaning wasn't done we 'been told need to wait approx 45mins to use our room. Absolutely terrible service and management. -10 services

Review 14：There was no explanation on how to charge the golf buggy. There wasn't enough toilet paper. the apartment was very unclean. The glass was all smudgy everywhere and the bathtub had a dirty dust ring in it that I had to clean myself before using.
