Review 1：Service in Restaurant very unfriendly especially the old lady. Bread were not enough and if we ask some more that was all that they got. We were given an ADA room in the Ground floor (Room 7) that was intended for people in a wheelchair i supposed.

Review 2：only the wifi that was available.

Review 3：There was an extremely rude dark haired waitress at breakfast who accused us of not paying the 10 euros for breakfast!! Very unpleasant. Property was tatty in places and carpets needed cleaning/replacing.

Review 4：We liked the Sri Lankan rceptionist. He was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was clean and functional and good value.

Review 6：No food available at all in the hotel , not even a small snack! I had made reservation for a double,as I was traveling with my son, instead the hotel had a reservation for a Matrimoniale. The eventual double that we were then given, no other rooms available, was not comfortable at all. It was actually smaller than the previous room and the beds were separated by two centimeters only. The main point for two beds was because there were two adults, my son being 23 and myself.

Review 8：Breakfast, cleanness, stuff, no aircon working, safe not working, paint on the wall peeling off, very small rooms, carpets and lifts looked like 50 years old and dirty. Hotel yard full of weeds.Where on earth did they get the 4 stars acreditation from?

Review 10：Unfortunately we booked 2 nights in this hotel with our kids, but nothing is right in this place.. The rooms are not clean, it is supposed to be a 4-star hotel, but all walls are damaged, there is no WiFi in most rooms, nor at the pool, the breakfast is too simple for the price with cans of filter coffee instead of fresh cappuccino .. A bar, but no one to serve you a drink, no one cleaning up ashtrays at the front door, only one guy at the reception with no mandate to make any decisions, hardly any water pressure in the tub.. I could go on! Only the pool is nice and clean and it would be even better if they would mow the lawn around the pool once in a while! I seriously doubt if this hotel will be open next year as it is clearly mismanaged!!

Not fridges in all bedrooms rooms very small nostorage. Breakfast was good evening meal very limited and lack ofcommunication on what was available. We had also booked the hotel as itdoes say that it had airport transfer and it didn't only throughprivate source.

Review 40：When I arrived the hotel was empty. It took 10 minutes for someone tocome to reception. I was advised that the restaurant was closed on aSunday and there was no other eating houses around. One lady guest wasbeen given a meal that was provided by the reception guy, if I had askirt on he may of cooked me something. He ordered take away pizza forme . This first room he offered me was small and not welcoming, nothinglike the photos on line, very disappointing. I went back to receptionand complained stating that they were so quite that I wanted him toprovide me with a better room, he said he could put me in a double forextra money !! I had driven from Munich and attended a trade show inMilan so had been on the go for 9 hours and the last thing I wanted todo was have a sub standard stay. He did put me in double free of chargebut his attitude was not good. Can you advise me why when I booked theroom that I was given the impression that they only had one room left,giving the impression that it was a lively busy hotel, in fact it wasnothing like it. This is a conference hotel not a hotel to relax andenjoy the experience

Review 41：- Shower was too small and leaking on the floor. - Too many LED lights in the room, different colours, some of them blinking... feeling like in a server room when you switch off the lights. - Automatic light sensors in corridors and in stairwell do not cover all the areas, so at times you have to walk in the dark
