Review 1：The apartment having lot of maintenance problem. No room lock. Car board no lock key. All Break. There is no single kitchen item glass and spoon. Gas not working. Air condition not service at all. Many problem while i stay there. No value for money at all. I just stay one night and check out next day.

Review 11：Apartment was dirty. Cooker didn't work. Fridge was about 15years old. Did not use the kitchen at all, too dirty. Toilet was leaking. Shower was useless. Am really surprised booking.com advertise this property. When we arrived there was nobody to greet us. People at desk didn't want to have anything to do with us.

Review 15：Many things were not working...tv and decoder, no kids channel...only local content...should include some foreign content-cartoon, discovery, sports, movie etc. The water heater in one room was not working. The foreign guy services us for the room was very rude and unfriendly. no keys/lock for grill. Beds need to be treated for dust mites.

Review 38：There are lots of moths flying in from outside to the apartment through the window. There are few glasses from the window was broken therefore we can't stop the months flying in. It's really a nightmare to stay even for a night. The staff or owner wasn't helpful and happy when we complaint it to them. It had spoiled our holiday as we couldn't sleep the whole night. It was so scary especially we have children travel with us.

Review 43：BIG NOTE: The Sri Sayang apartments are located in the Sri Sayang Hotel. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME! You must call the landlord to meet you at the front desk and HOPE he answers his phone. We did not know this, and the front desk at the hotel side was helpful enough to make the SEVEN phone calls it took to reach the guy. The cups in the kitchen did not appear to have been washed in years, and the bathrooms were extremely grimy and dingy

Review 45：1). They falsely advertised. It shows the facilities of a tennis court pool laundry are all available for us to use. But you cannot use the tennis courts or laundry facilities because it is for the owners only. We chose this place to stay purely because of the tennis courts. 2). It is not called Penang holiday apartment. It is just one single apartment that is owned by a guy who personally rents it out. 3). The apartment is extremely run down. 4). He makes you pay upon arrival for the entire stay cash only.

Review 47：I love to stay here when I visit penang again. But I want to recommend for improve more facilities, better have hanger outside to hang a washing clothes, have a stove for cooking simple food and more safety lock at the main door for safety.
Review 48：Whatever was advertised in the Booking Com , all amenities and facilities were provided ditto in the Holiday apartment. Really very comfortable stay. Would like to visit it again if come next time.The tariff was very reasonable for this type of apartment.

I suggest that you don't engage in this agent any more. The eight of us who stayed there are very disappointed with the conditions and the rudeness of the agent.
