Review 1：Frankly speaking , everything:) We had been in this hotel before and already liked it very much. The decor and rooms are modern, welcoming, rooms and beds comfy as is the bathroom. This time our opinion was more than confirmed. Staff at the reception greeting you very friendly , finding a room with an upgrade as they become aware we're here for business and need relaxing after long days. Taking care of finding a parking space for our oversized vehicle right near to hotel. And then the experience continued in the restaurant. Friendly, professional and relaxed welcome and service, excellent food. This was so OK, that we had dinner 3 times in a row, also with guests - something I've never done in a hotel restaurant before... breakfast is very fresh and varied, I would say worth a Hilton or Sheraton. Overall my wife and business partner and I agree - one of our best hotel experiences. Thank you to the staff to make our stay here a pleasure. We'll be back surely net year during the Baltic Cup - and if in the region - certainly before !

Review 6：Don't order room service. We ordered tea for 4 people and it took along time to receive it. Sugar was not provided and it took even longerto get it, by which time the tea was cold. No apologies for this. If youwant to have a massage, be prepared to only have one when they can doit, which was extremely limited, and don't think you can have acouple have a massage at the same time as each other - they could onlydo one after the other. No porter service at any time either.

Review 7：We had room 419 which was an apartment of 2 bedrooms, a living room,designer kitchen, hall, large en-suite bathroom, separate additionaltoilet and large terrace. All in a designer ultra-modern style. The onlyone in this hotel we think. Absolutely fabulous!!!!!!

Review 8：The only thing I didn't like was that it wasn't possible to make outgoing phone calls from my room, although it wasn't urgent.

Review 9：I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Elblag. I especially liked the friendly staff, the excellent food, the spa area and the location in the center of historic Elblag and the fact my room was air conditioned, especially since it was a rather hot day.

Review 10：Our parking space in the basement was next to a wall and very tight but I suppose someone had to park there.

Review 11：The location cannot be beat. The room was great and the food was creative, well-presented, and reasonably priced. The waiter was super friendly and gave my wife an excellent recommendation. Breakfast was also outstanding.

Review 12：The pool is rather small and it would help if the pool area had more lights on. With the lights off it is a bit depressing. Also it's not really necessary to pay 50 PLN for the parking space as you can easily park outside the hotel.

Review 13：We liked most of the things: the room which was clean and looked recently renovated, breakfast which has nice variety of food as well as the swimming pool & especially saunas which are surprisingly big (compared to the pool itself). The hotel is also very well located right at the old town square.

Review 14：Considerable waiting time for the elevator since one of two is for stuff only. Attention: "premium double" does not have to mean kingsize bed even if shown on the photo and despite of the category "premium twin".

Review 18："Gym" is just a cardio training hall, you can't do any resistance training there. "Double bed" were just two small beds pulled together and matress went away making a hole in between if you try to lay on the middle.

Review 55：At the front of the building there was a lot of street noise on the weekend even on the fourth floor (accordion player outside if the hotel restaurant until 4am all weekend) and you had to keep the window open our the room got too hot. That's the only negative I can think of, GREAT hotel.

Review 56：Great location in Elblag, walked from the train station which was fifteen minutes and very easy. Morning buffet is AMAZING, the eggs were a little bit wet but bacon, croissants, ipad coffee machine and tons of fruit and cheese were all excellent! The pool and steam room were gorgeous very modern and clean. The rooms were quite spacious.

Review 57：Need to improve fire safety: emergency escape signs on each floors and fire escape schemes in every room. Perform fire drills at least 2 times a year. Fire alarm went off during my stay - nobody evacuated.
