Review 1：hotel give me room 221, but the air-conditioning not cool.. 4time i call the staff and still not change my room, but after 11pm i am already sleepy their change me another room.. but the problem same! air-conditioning not cool.. i need to change my hotel, but my friend told me, its only one night .. tomorrow i find new hotel.. so bad

Review 3：the staff of receptionist was very super bad attitude. asking to itemize the charges tell me no charge for 10% service charges and tell me no booking. asking everything also donno . ask him itemize then he ask me " Now u wan check in or not?" . 1st time I stay a hotel with super bad attitude from the staff. this is the last time to stay this hotel. I won't step in again the hotel.
Review 4：I've been calling the staff to get iron from my own cellphone 3 times since the hotel's telephone was disfunction. They kept saying that their staff was on their way to my room to deliver the iron. But I've been waiting for 3 hours and rushly go down to recepcionist counter to get the iron by myself. They didnt even said sorry! Please fix the attitude and the telephone! Thank you
