Review 1：The internet was not reliable, but it is not a fault of the property. The Internet company is working on resolving the issue and the owners did tell us in advance.

Review 2：The owners were so accommodating to our needs. They recommended places to go and to buy groceries. They also were available at any moment to answer any questions.

Review 3：The place was nicely decorated and very clean. The owners are located on-site and are very responsive. They care a lot about making guests feel at home.

Review 5：It was a great stay for us, Andy was great and the whole property is nicely run by the owners. That makes a great difference as always. Pool is nice, the proximity to the town and beach OK as well. We have enjoyed our time and were sorry that we have to move forward from there.

Review 6：It is definitely possible to walk down to the ocean, but most often, you will want to drive. Fortunately, there are no issues in finding parking (although you may have to adopt the Puerto Rican mindset and be a little creative).

Close to the beach, set amidst tropical foliage, nice private pool, full kitchen, away from the "party houses" in the area, and caring owners... All of this, and great value too! Review 17：Little communication: did you know you should bring groceries, that the A/C has resettable breakers in the plugs, or where a swim able beach is located? I didn't, there was no guidance in writing, and the voice on the phone seemed somewhat irritated as it explained. Impersonal-- that is, we never saw another person, guest or staff, except the friendly fellow who explained "I've got to clean the pool because people are coming." "We're already here," I rejoined. For the money, I expect a little more support and communications, less anonimity.

Review 18：Easy walk to the surfer beach and restaurants. Clean floors and working satellite TV and A/C. Helpful map thumbtacked to the wall. Pleasant pool for cooling off and walk-in shower. I was glad to find a roof for this busy weekend!

Review 19：Driving directions to the location could be more specific (GPS did not find). Mattresses were showing their age.

Review 20：Punta Beach is close to several different beaches near Rincon. Our apartment was inviting, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Iris and Sam were helpful yet unobtrusive. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.

Review 21：They have to review the extra beds conditions. The bed sofa and the additional matress. Both are old and the result was back pain.

Review 22：I like the area it was near the beach and they have pool for kids that was great. Also the wifi, because some cellular didn't have signal but we can communicate thru wifi. It a great place to share quality time with the family.

Review 37：I was not disappointed with this property. They possess everything they offer. We had an excellent time of peace and quiet, while being close to everything.

Review 38：There was some miscommunication in the beginning, but staff worked well to remedy it. The apartment looked very nice and clean, but the floors were very sandy and there were no toiletries, like soap in the shower/sink. Also, the WiFi rarely worked and was sluggish when it did work. Verizon gets good service here and T-Mobile has no service.

Review 39：No one bothered us since no staff were on site. The location was quiet and peaceful. Yet not far from espresso and tacos or good pancakes on at an outdoor beach restaurant. There's a pool which is great if you have a little swimmer, as the beach is rough (great for surfers). The apartment itself has almost anything you want, including an electric grill, full sized fridge and freezer, loads of utensils, etc.
