Review 1：Very noisy first night. Cleaning of room a bit uneven. I

Review 2：Location near centre of town. Excellent staff. Wifi. Interesting that the building is a modernist icon for the Netherlands.

Review 3：The breakfast are not very good and could be fresher and serve fresh orange when you consider how cheap fruit juices are. Also the sign on the front needs painting or redoing altogether. Great hotel other than that.

Review 7：The front desk staff was very helpful. There was an elevator for guests who are not able to climb stairs. The rooms had the basics. We had two rooms for our stay and they worked for exactly what we needed.

Review 24：Room 320. The hotel is next to a church. Get ready to hear the bells every 30 minutes starting at 7,30 am. We were located on the 4th floor, far enough from the music of the adjacent disco club – night bar. I wonder whether the guests on the first floor were that lucky. A very annoying humming noise could be hear throughout the whole night anyway.

Very poor customer service , no greating as meet guests on the corridor , supervisor didn't check room properly before pass the room to reception as a ready room. It was freezing cold when we got into the room and noize due to flag pole and somthing else on the balcony. Dirty,Cold, Old, Old tv and the remote did not work, dirty carpets, dirty mattresses. I have never spent this much money on such a bad value before. I have paid from 85 Euros - 120 for very good hotels in Amsterdam up until now and always been top quality, Park plaza , marriott and so on.

Review 93：Disappointed that for a four star hotel all that was in the bathroom were a squeezy soap in the shower and one by the basin and a plastic shower cap. No shampoo, conditioner or body lotion. Holland is the home of good coffee. Why have Nescafe when individual filters or coffee bags are readily available. Such inexpensive additions would have made a big difference.

Review 95：They didn't provide small bars of soap in the bathroom, but did have a bottle soap dispenser. The spout looked as if it hadn't been cleaned (it had a lot of soap residue clogging the dispensing hole) so we decided to use body wash we brought with us. Also, when we checked in, they ran our credit card to hold the room. When we checked out, they had to charge the card again and stated the initial "hold" charge may take as long as two weeks to reverse.

Review 96：We were given a generous-sized room to accommodate our family. The room was also conveniently located close to the breakfast area. We did get lost on the way there due to our quirky GPS and the staff was extremely helpful in getting us back on track.
