Review 1：The breakfast, poorly. The quality of the coffee and soft drinks served in the restaurant, almost unacceptable.

Review 2：The clean beach, near hotel. The excellent variety of channels on cable television, WI-FI signal was excellent. Room cleanliness and friendliness of staff at reception

Review 3：I felt disappointed ofter I saw the hotel is 3 stars, but not 4 as it was announced. Otherwise it was pretty good and clean, compared to west-european 4-starred hotels.

Review 7：Every evening we had to listen to the nearby restaurant's loud music - mostly Bulgarian folklore and pop music. This was very annoying, as we wanted to rest and we were with our 6 month baby. We ended up aleeping with the windows closed. The restaurant of the hotel is supposed to be a gourmet one, yet what you get is not some fine taste, but small dishes for a lot of money.

Review 8：Penelope apartments are very clean, spacious and well equipped. The price is a little bit high, yet it is worthy. The hotel is right next to the beach. The furniture is new and very nice

Review 9：The hotel restaurant is not the best . The beach next to hotel is mostly privet (of the hotel next to it) and they dont allow dogs on the beach so its kind of problem coming with your dog.

If you live with you family you get just only one key and you have to go everywhere together.2.The boiler in bathroom heats the water about 1,5 hours and these amount will be enogh to take a shower for one person.I couldn't take a bath, cause boiler water does not get enough amount hot water for taking the bathroom. I have to wait, more then 1,5 hour to heat enough water for bath tube.3. Room A7 periodically cut down automaton lighting. The investigation revealed that the cause was a broken light bulb switch on the balcony, which is exposed to water. Reception refused to solve the problem, saying that if the light is there, then it is working..4. The safe box in room was hidden behind the duvet cover at the lower shelf in wradrobe. But It have no battery and key, and you couldn't use it. Stuff told there is no safe in room. But stuff suggested to leave your document in the safe box at the receprion. It cost just only 2,5 EURO!5. Every day electricity was dawn for 1-3 second, but after this internet was down. If it happend in weekend, internet will not be recover! And stuff will insist probem is out of hotel." 6. Shampoo and shower gel was given at the first day only. When shampoo and gel run out, I have to buy myself in the shop. Room is cleaned not every day. This is 3*star service! I have to ask TOILET PAPER TWICE on receprion. 7. Fittings in bathroom came loose and I can hang towels after my husband fastened its with a screwdriver. If you book room in this hotel, don’t foget a screwdriver=) 8. All Room overlookes at country houses with the farms, where plants sprayed with chemistry. Big dogs and cooks will wake you up every morning. 9.At the balcony will be very hot, as there is no central air conditioning in the hotel there, and the external unit split air conditioning imposed on a balcony, and some of the blocks is standing right in the hallway of the hotel, as shown by a high temperature in the lobby. 10.

Review 13：We are staying in this hotel third year in a row. We are satisfied with everything. Rooms are clean and good looked after. Breakfast good enough and we had all facilities for cooking for a child. We liked everything and we are thinkibg about going there again next year.

Review 21：The staff expecting cleaners is horrible, I have never seen so unsympathetic waiters. In the restaurant we have ordered half board which was excluding drinks and the waiters never asked us if we would like to order something to drink! We had to call them to order, what is unexpectable in my home town in Slovakia. The food was bad, too. One evening there had dinner the management and the waiters just looked after them and totally ignored the guests. This is how it works in Bulgaria - the rich (or so called rich) feel like gods and the poors use every possible moment to sham You. Taxi drivers are scaming, most stuff anywhere including airport is horrible and frowning. We will never come again to Bulgaria.

Review 23：The staff was very helpful and friendly. My flight out was an early one and they packed breakfast to go. The rooms were spacious and neat and the view to the sea nice. The restaurant serves good food. The pool area was well maintained. I could go back for a holiday!

Review 25：Really nice place, very clean, well managed and really close to the beach. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen has everything you need if you want to prepare your own food. The breakfast is good - there is enough variety. The beach is wide with fine sand. The hotel has it's own umbrellas and sun beds, but you must pay to use them. I've slept in many 4 star hotels that are not better than this one. I would visited it again and would recommend it to all who seek peace, relaxation and comfort.

Review 26：We stayed in this hotel for the second time and we were pleasantly surprised, that they have improved since last year. The location, breakfast, room - were very good as ever. But this year they were changing the towels and bed linen daily, beach was cleaned and all swimming pool surroundings cleaned and disinfected daily. We loved our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The swimming pool is clean and verynice, breakfast quite substantial buffet, staff helpfull and friendly.Rooms were cleaned every day, with changing towels daily and bed linenonce in 3 days. View from the balcony to the seaside was absolutelygreat! We liked the stay a lot and won ld come again next year.

Review 31：Our apartment (B20) with park view actually was facing the restaurant of the next hotel and from 21:00 till 23:30 h they played quite loud live music. On top of that the property downstairs has balcony wich was projecting much further in front of ours, with no sound barrier, so all day long we were forced to listen our noisy Russian neighbours, having endless party at the balcony. I will not recommend this hotel for those who prefer silence and do not want to be disturbed by outside noises.

Review 32：It is apart-hotel with spacious and well equipped rooms (cable TV, Air Con, Wi-Fi, DVD player, frig, washing machine, microwave oven, hob). Location is very convenient right next to the beach and easily accessed from the main road. Centre of the town is within 10 min ride by car. Property is newly build (in operation since August 2011) and it means premises and furniture are in perfect condition. Reception is 24h.
