Review 18：The staff was very rude. I booked for two massages in the morning. My husband went first, then we swithched, he went to watch our children. While I was waiting for my turn to come, I could hear the two ladies gossiping about my husband, criticizing him. Very awkward situation, trust me! We have two children, had to pay extra for our older one, which was O.K. What we found outrageous was that we also had to pay for our youngest child's breakfast full price, as if she were an adult. She had cocoa in the morning. Another thing that is very bothering is that there is another hotel, hotel Bradet, linked to this one. This means that those who book in the 2** hotel can also use the same facilities. Well, this is great for those who stay at hotel Bradet, but not for those who stay at the Danubius. You pay for a 4**** hotel, but when you get to the pool area is so crowded that you cannot find a place to sit, not to mention the noise! Furthermore, before checking in nobody tells you that your children under 14 are not allowed to all poor areas, and I am not necessaryily talking about swimming. If you are a parent and want to use the pools on the 1st floor you cannot do this, despite having paid for it, as your children are not allowed in the area. Outrageous! They should let people know about this on the hotel's site. We went there to relax and have fun as a family!
