Review 1：The only downside i have to mention is, that the appartement for 2 doesnt come with a balkony, while all the other rooms are equiped with a terrace. So sitting an enjoing the view wasnt quite possible.
Review 2：Resort de buteriggel is an excellent place, located right next to the beach. The booking comes with all comfort like an own beach house with umbrella, chairs and a table insight. The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful. Our flat for two was really clean and furnished a a comfortable way.

Please note a prepayment of the total price of the reservation is mandatory, to be paid via bank transfer. 50% of this payment needs to be done within 14 days after the reservation has been made. The other 50% needs to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.A prepayment deposit by wire transfer is required to secure your reservation.
