Review 1：They lied about having a pool, there is none. All the guests were complaining about it. The owner told everyone, that Booking.com keeps posting an old picture of it, despite that they told you to stop?? The continental breakfast was a joke. The restaurant needs a huge clean up, and renovations, very dusty.

Review 2：This hotel is fairly clean and quiet. It`s located at the end of town, absolutely nothing around.

Review 3：Three of five lights didn't work, bathroom tap was a trickle, cold water tap in shower wouldn't turn on at all, so had to shower in short time between water being freezing and scalding. The heater rattled loudly making sleep difficult, and room was dusty and smelled like it had been given a quick febreeze in place of cleaning. There are far better options in Hinton in the same price range.

Review 4：staffs were not helpful and we booked a non smoking room with two queen beds and told there were none available and offer us a queen bed and assured it is bigger after we checked into the room , it was not bigger , but only a twin bed for both of us and I complaint to the staff and she just insisted it is, then i told her to go and have a look and she just not interested. there is no side table next to bed but a fridge and noisy. No ventilation and the bathroom is wet and water everywhere after you shower. there are plenty of hotel with better value and this hotel is not cheap when we booked.

Review 5：Good quality hotel, pleasant staff, well located for our purpose on hwy to Jasper park where we commuted to each day . The hotel rate here was at least $100. per day cheaper than equivelant rooms in Jasper.

Review 6：Continental breakfast was hugely disappointing. No fresh fruit. Just processed "pastries" and muffins. The yogurt was the closest thing to healthy.

Review 7：We chose the location to visit Jasper NP. First of all it's quite a long ride towards Jasper and its main sites. The breakfast was so so. The stuff wasn't as friendly as we expected them to be.

Review 11：Check in: My wife has an injured leg so I asked for a ground floor room - we got a 3rd floor room. The person on the front desk seemed totally uninterested in changing it - I was tired and wife said to give it up. Check out was far too slow and parking was a pain with no parking in front of the check in door.

Review 13：Had noise problems from people in suite above us all evening up to 1am. Did inform the front desk and they said they would look into. Noise was reduced somewhat after that, but slept poorly as the building itself appears to be poorly insulated against noise. Would not stay there again.

The tub took 30 minutes to drain after a shower and the desk lamp had one empty socket (safety issue for small children?)

Review 23：The toilet leaked. Maintenance staff were unable to fix the problem. Weended up turning off the water to the toilet so we could sleep. Facetson the sink were crazy cold was hot and hot was cold. They didn'tturn on and off we had to twist the facets until the sweet spot wasfound and water didn't flow.

Review 24：the breakfast was kind of shabby the wait for toast and no on site pancake making was pretty slim picking not quite what we expected the was only some cold cereal and toast the muffins were nasty. also our room key had to be reactivated after one night stay so down to the lobby again to use key again.

Review 28：You can tell it's not what it used to be. It needs some love or it will continue to fall into disrepair. The tiles in our bathtub were 'squishy', the decor very dated and the pool kinda scary. The paint in the pool change rooms is peeling off. Overall it needs some live and updating.

Review 38：Very very outdated, in need of repairs. I paid $150 to stay in a hotel with paper thin walls, on a floor packed full of very excited, very loud wedding guests and children. A hot tub would have been nice. I have stayed in much much nicer hotels in Canmore for $50 less a night. Very disappointed, definitely not worth the money.

Review 71：Drab exterior had many dangling shingles, inconvenient car parking makes it better for bus tour guests. Did not see seating in lobby. Pool was out of service, with no notice at website. Note, we actually like the hard Mexican mattresses that we have slept on for up to a month. Room extremely hot, A/C too noisey, obnoxiously heavy quilt was unsuitable to any season, pillows extremely hard anduncomfortable. No bathroom fan functioning, but a dusty dirty duct remained in the wall right above the sink, without apparent air flow in or out. Poorly lighted tub/shower area. Sink had 2 huge chips in porcelain rim. Automated wake up completely failed. "Free breakfast" was BARELY "continental", no fruit or juice.

Review 72：It was clean everywhere except the carpet, and location was fairly good with a room on the back side of the building. A room in front might have had highway noise. Staff apologized for shortcomings, but did not seem sincere.

Review 73：Coffee pot too small. Strip cards for doors very tempremental, half the time it wouldn't work in doors. Pool freezing cold. Wasnt allowed to have two ashtrays in our room. Only left two towels, etc for three of us checked in room.

Review 77：Lots of noises, from squeaky faucets, to the air conditioning sounding like a monster at night. Pool was in the basement, looked like it needed some TLC. Not much choices for continental breakfast. Our room entrance to 312 smelled like urine when you entered. No ice in the ice machine.

Review 82：The free breakfast is not more than some toast and cereal. This is not a big deal to us, but we were surprused at how meager the offerings were. But then again it's free and the hotel was cheaper than other places.

Just as well we arrived early as while we waited for them to find and retrieve the Booking.com bookings and put them into their system a lot of casual travellers arrived looking for rooms. So my advice ring ahead and confirm booking at this property.
