Review 1：It is a cheaper option than the elblag hotel opposite and it is here you bookin stair lighting did not come on late evening and early morning needed a torch to see

Review 3：Bed could be a bit more comfortable, bathroom equipment is a little worn-out, lack of kettle and coffee/tea-making equipment, lack of separate reception desk (guests of Viwaldi are served in Hotel Elbląg across the street), lack of lift (my room was on the first floor but I imagine this could be problematic for those travelling with heavy pieces of luggage and staying at higher floors)

Review 4：Excellent location, rich breakfast menu (served from 6:30 in Hotel Elbląg's restaurant, just across the street), cleanliness (room was cleaned every day and towels were also changed, although I left them on the hook), mineral water was supplied every day, good wifi connection, friendly and helpful staff

Review 10：For whatever reasons, I was not given a room with windows on the quite side as I clearly requested. Just the opposite - my windows were just above the restaurant garden and the downtown street. So the noise from a big drunken company in the restaurant garden under my window was really disturbing even with the window closed. The party under my window was going very loud until 2 am.

Review 13：The staff was very helpful and kind, they even offered me a lunch box of fruits and yoghurt plus hot coffee on the road prepared for the time I was supposed to leave. Even more, they brought me my luggage to the car while I was driving it to the hotel. Excellent service! Also the breakfast was delicious. And the room No.100 really huge
