Review 1：In the middle of the night my wife had a terrible fever. As we have a very young babyI did not want to wake the baby and take her to a hospital. But the hotel said that they were unable to call a doctor. Other hotels in Korea were all able to do this.

Review 2：Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful. One of two were not.

Review 3：Nothing. that is why it is my second visit to your hotel. I would stay at other Ramada but information about them is not readily available. like the other Ramada in Seoul for my stay at around Incheon area for the 2014 Asian Games.

Review 4：I can get very good and accurate traveling information around Seoul from the hotel staff and that is very helpful. because Seoul is such a big city and going around it can be a nightmare since street signs are mostly in Korean.

Review 12：We stayed in a Family Suite which was spacious for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children). Love the convenient of water dispenser just outside our room - saved us the trouble to get drinking water. Breakfast was good - with reasonable spread of choices. Parking is free at basement of the hotel. Location is convenient especially to visit Everland - only 30mins drive away. Wifi was free & fast within the room. Many eating places around the hotel. There's also a 24-hr convenient store just round the corner. We could get some hot cup noodles for supper when our kids were hungry late at night. Overall, a good hotel to stay.
