Review 1：- For the foreign tourist , the staff do not speak any other language (despite of being very, very nice) - The breakfast should be a buffet rather than a pre-booked selection the night before - The location is not easily accessible from the tram line

Review 5：Juice is not offered at breakfast; when we asked for it we were charged at minibar rate. Our room was not cleaned on the second day. We were away from 9 am till 3.30 pm yet the staff did not have time to clean it. No milk is offered with teas in the room. We had asked for a cot for the baby when we booked (more than 1 months in advance) yet it was not provided. The receptionist was surprised when we asked where it was. Given that travel cots are very cheap it was very disappointing that the hotel did not honour our request. The hotel makes a point in asking to pre-book breakfast for certain time yet on the morningwe had to catch a plane our breakfast was 10 minutes late. On the day of departure, we asked to book us taxi to the airport 1.5 hrs in advance yet our taxi was late. I had expected that the hotel would ensure that the taxi is on time given the length of the notice we had given.
