Review 1：Shame it's close enough to the main highway that you hear the traffic noise when relaxing on the deck, or with the ranch slider open. I expect the level of noise varies with wind direction and time of day, but I can't help wonder if a quieter location would have been more suitable for this type of accommodation.

Review 4：This was a real surprise! A beautiful facility surrounded by lovely countryside on the outskirts of New Plymouth. The size of the room(s) were great, the huge comfortable bed. Couldn't fault it.

Review 19：The apartments are located at the top of a hill, overlooking a stunning view of a river and native forest. Not too far away from the city, but you feel like you're in another world. The bathroom is beautiful and spa bath relaxing. Every detail of furniture and decor is thought of... Even the artwork in the room is original and local. Recommended to all!

Set in a peaceful rural location, with stunning views all around, and just five minutes' drive from the city, we couldn't wait to get back to it each day!! Spacious, modern, comfortable unit - serviced daily - and lovely hosts. We are seasoned travellers and this place is quite the best motel we've ever stayed at in NZ. We'll be back!!
Review 55：As mature rural residents, we found the location of this motel great, no traffic noise, the sleep disturbance. The well off the road site of the unit, made us and feel very safe, and not exposed to the enviroment around us. The unit was clean to our standard. The park like surrounds were very private, restful and relaxing.

The staff/manager has been wonderfully understanding to us (checked in as a family with two very young kids, and my 3 y/o daughter made a mess in the room). I was apologetic but they sorted it out without problem. I will recommend this to my friends who wants to travel in new plymouth. Not far from the city centre too!

Review 84：Room smelled of cigarettes and outside there were used cigarette buts, and a beer bottle full of them. The sheets and pillows all smelled of smoke. Breakfast options were available however had to be ordered before 6pm the day before, which we did not realise.
