Review 28：Any service granted in most of the hotels worldwide is not provided in Casa Florida unless you want to pay for additional towels. The facilities are old and not well maintained and the rooms look very much alike an aging Soviet block! For every single activity you want to do or anything you may need such as the mosquito tablets, you need to go to the reception, which staff is not welcoming at all. The restaurant's menu is not representative of the quality and diversity of the Mauritian cuisine, and also quite overpriced. Last but not least: NO ROOM SERVICE.

Review 30：The rooms definitely need some refurbishment. Fungus in between tiles in the bathroom and also it seems that non residents are allowed during weekends so a lot of noise. TV is also only local tv, and most of the channels are in different indian languages

Review 32：Not enough parasols for the amount of deck chairs. A little noisy over weekends with many many kids that keep shouting and jumping and splashing with no respect for the pool or other guests.
Review 33：Reception upon arrival was superb. Staff are extremely friendly and professional. Breakfast is fantastic with cooked to order omelette and choice if pancakes. Pool is great and in very good condition. I rate this hotel at 4 stars although only has 2 stars. Worth every penny!

Review 35：Wireless connection is terrible. I ordered transfer from hotel to airport on reception. Car was late. At 5 AM it was dangerous and worring because it is really impossible to find other taxi . And plane will not wait for you. The driver did not even try to apologize. He said 'forget it, no problem'. Although for me at that time, it has become a serious problem. As a result, one important fact in the end of the stay ruined the entire experience about the service at the hotel.
