Review 4：Comfortable small hotel on Lake Varese. The hotel is next to a rowing club and each day we saw single and double shells gracefully gliding across the lake. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. The restaurant very good and popular with the locals.

For a meal you don't have to think about it - its all there. There are walking as well as cycling tracks around the lake.

Review 16：We loved everything!This property was in a perfect location for easy access to the bike path. I loved the lake view from our upstairs room and the pretty flower boxes. They also provided nice bikes for us to use both days we were there at a reasonable charge. The staff was very helpful and the airport transfer driver was prompt and very friendly. The included breakfast was incredible and the dining area was very pleasant.

After a tough day, we came in late and the restaurant still seated us despite it being after the kitchen closed. The rooms are nice with good sized bathrooms. It is right on the lake next to a crew house, which was nice to watch. It has its own parking lot.

The recommendation for the restaurant I got for Wednesday night Volo a Vela - service for a single female traveller was non existing.

Good continental breakfast selection and very good food for dinner. Service in their own restaurant is very good, but it is closed on Wednesday evenings.

Review 87：We reserved a "lake view" room and had a partial lake view at best. There are lots of trees in the property / garden which are actually blocking the view. Not a fault of the hotel but just so people know - it is not advised to swim in the lake. We didn't know this.

We rented electricalbikes at the hotel, but the bikes were very old, very heavy, and thebattery died after 30 minutes. Furthermore, the directions for thecycling trip around the lake are not clear.
