Review 1：The room airconditioning has to be done up, several lights that have burnt out that needs changing

Review 3：I got attack by charlie when i was on the 26th floor . But it was not so bad . And its not your fault . And wish that the master bed room in 704 have water heater :) again , keep up the good management & services!

The room , which is 704 is really comfortable . I have all i nee there . Thank you for the superb services . All yhe staff at the lobby is extremely friendly and helpful . I would definitely come more often :) good job & keep it up !
Review 5：Cleanliness worse full of cockroaches, stray hair around, dirty toilet with worms. all you can name it. matress is torn and torn. worse then anything. not worth any penny. booking.com just want to make money out of it and did not give accurate pictures as the staff in sir sayang mention. booking.com service is worse too. agent hung up your call , ask for return call from manager also ignore. WILL never engage booking.com anymore. there are so many agent around!
