Review 1：A bit dated shower facilities were poor shower was too low, limited control of hot and cold water, no shower curtain. You had to open front door to access the fridge.

Review 3：No amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Only soap. Also called beforehand to ask for hairdryer, was informed there was one but had to arrange for it when I get there. Bed not as clean it had black marks on the corner of the bed, also the floor around the bed had black marks. Itchy blanket. A bit misleading advertising as a hotel but sign at the front of reception said it was a motel.
Review 4：It was centralised and good value for money considering it was a busy season. Check in time was flexible, which was great.

Review 20：NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE, Very dirty carpet filthy to be exact, power switch tripped while using kettle, rusty fittings in bathroom poor water pressure, toilet didn't flush properly really needing a paint and freshen up worth only $60 per night. Considering the ibis in the city was only $40 per night more and it's high standard should have stayed there. VERY DISCUSSED REALLY!!!

Review 23：called to double check my booking. I made bookings for wedding guests under individual names, all with email confirmations received, yet they still could not find the names in the system. I was then lectured by staff for not being able to unexpectedly recall the names and spelling of my elderly parents' interstate friends. Rooms were smelly, bathrooms mouldy.

The room was grubby, the table and chairs were stained and dirty! Broken light shade, shower with no door or curtain, door with no handle ........ I was shown an alternative room, it was in the same poor state! I could not believe how bad and shabby it was! I could not get out of this place fast enough! It should be withdrawn from the listing!

Review 40：My wife was staying for training nearby and on the Thursday night 2 people tried to break into her room, both front and back doors where tired to gain access and security took 45 minutes to show up, while my wife locked herself in the bathroom, once the sun was up and other people where moving around outside she packed up and left for training 2 hours early leaving the key inside the room. She Won't be returning to this hotel or recommending it to anyone. Customer service = none at all

Review 57：When I first arrived to check in there were police raiding one of the rooms and as young female staying alone that worrying. There were no outside lights so it was very dark and hard to find your room. The shower curtain was moldy and you could only get water from the bathroom.

Review 95：The room was disgusting, old and stunk.. We walked in saw how old and gross it was, then left our room keys on the table, got in our car and drove to the Gold Coast to stay. Not worth the $$. Could not think to sleep in the bed or use the bathroom.
