Review 1：Actually very little was bad, only I expected the sea to be more clear and less muddy, also you should walk better in shoes in the sea because we took a big amount of glass from the sea.
Review 2：Perfect holiday accommodation on the party island of Koh Phangan, is very suitable for people with young kids, the sea is shallow and the pool is nice, is very clean and quiet only they sometimes organize a black Moon party that goes on until 6 in the morning. Staff is very friendly and their private driver is wonderful.

Review 5：Majority of the staff were terrible. One of the most unorganised hotels I have ever stayed in. Member of staff almost messed up my booking because he couldn't read properly. Hotel wasn't clean you had to request from reception if you wanted fresh towels or room cleaned. There was sick on the stairway for 3 days which had not been cleaned.

Review 7：Staff was not nice. Wanted to rent a scooter, told me it is 200 baht from the shop around the corner. Went to the shop: was 150. So they wanted to cash in the 50 extra baht per day. Not really loyal. Wifi was not working properly and for this price the bungalow was pretty bad. From huge spiders living in our AC to broken bathroom nothing was really good.

Review 11：Place was amazing. Great rooms, great bathrooms, great beach location. The staff (especially Mac Daddy) are really friendly and sort out your tickets and transport to events (incl. full moon party). Also food here is great and cheap drinks. Great pool. Seriously, go here.

Review 13：Well our room was really nice friendly staffs and good location just close to the beach and not far from pier and markets which was cool oh and some parties though like jungle experience and sramanora. And bikes were okay
Review 14：The only thing you needed to do really to get about the cheapest way was to hire a scooter as there isn't much around within walking distance except for a couple of quiet cafes and a seven eleven.
Review 15：Fab accommodation! we stayed here for the full moon party week, the staff were really friendly and helpful with advice on the local area and sorted out transport for us. Its a really quiet resort but lovely to rest relax and chill out, it has a lovely pool and you are located right on the beach.

Review 20：You will not believe how lazy workers meet there. You can ask them a few days for a room service... there is no reaction. My neighbors did not have room service for 6 days. I have asked them to repair antenna socket for 3 days... no answer.

Review 22：First room we were given was stark and soulless. Didn't look as good as pictures. Broken tv, dirty sheets and towels. We also discovered that, despite comments that it was nearby the Black Moon party events, the walk to/from the after party venue either involved wading through a river and over rocks via the 'beach route' or walking the long way round via unlit back roads (and then main road). The Black Moon (and other) parties have been cancelled for the forseeable future FYI, only Full Moon parties now (in Haad Rin). We asked for a refund as we didn't think the room lived up to expectations, for the price. Refund was refused and we were shown a different room, which was definitely better - however having enquired why there were no sheets on the bed we discovered that what we thought was our generously sized towel was in fact our 'blanket'! This place isn't awful, it just doesn't live up to the hype and the price for what it is.

Review 26：The rooms were exceptionally clean, lovely clean beach and the staff were very accommodating. We stayed here as we were heading to the full moon party, the location was not too close but also not too far, to get a taxi it cost 100bht per person to Hadrin beach where the full moon party was. If you want to get away from all the noise then this is a great place to stay, there's not an awful lot nearby, a few shops a 7-11 and a couple of nice Thai restaurants.

Review 31：The beach looks nice, but this is not a place to swim because of all the coral rocks and because the water is so shallow. The manager is not flexible at all. We wanted to check out two days earlier, and she did not want to refund the money. When we came the water was not working, and throughout the stay it sometimes became very dirty (I think it is from a well). Some days they did not clean the room, and there are no shampoo, hairdryer, coffeemaker etc. in the room. It is very plain, but clean and ok. Compared to other hotels in Thailand in this season, the value for money was poor.

Review 42：Would be nice if you were able to pay for an included breakfast, some of the staff at the restaurant didn't speak english so it was a bit hard sometimes, bugs were able to get in through the door and windows. But I would still stay here again and I definitely recommend it, was still an amazing place overall.
Review 43：The location was so beautiful right on the gorgeous beach. Close to a 7 eleven, restaurants, and other shops. The beds were super comfortable and the owner (I think it was anyways) was really nice. The menu had a lot of food items as well. The grounds are fun and relaxing.
Review 44：We were there 4 days and the hotelroom was never cleaned, at first there were cockroaches in our room and the bedclothes were dirty but they changed it immediately (after killing them we did not have a problem with cockroaches anymore :) )

Review 46：I travel very frequently to various countries and I have never comeacross such unfriendly, unhelpful and rude staff anywhere.We had dinner at the restaurant. Worst service ever. First they brought our food, which was wrong, then our starters and lastly, when our food was finished, our drinks finally arrived. We asked the family who runs the place to arrange our drop off at the pier the next morning. We asked the man the previous night, and we reminded the woman twice the morning before we had to leave. Still when the time came to leave, no one was to be seen. By the time the driver showed up, it was a half an hour later and we nearly missed our boat. There are no cups or glasses in the room or bathroom, only a snotty letter about keeping the room, sheets, towels and curtains clean, or you have to pay for it. The shower was cold. This is a backpackers, not a hotel, and should be advertised as such.
