Review 1：Everything was very close to perfection. The ambience and rooms were wonderful. The dinner served in room was incredible: very high japanese cuisine. The onsen (public and private) was a great relaxing pleasure. The staff was really really nice (I will never forget the wonderful woman who took care of us). Most of the staff (except in reception) was speaking only japanese, but this is normal in a ryokan and they did all they can to make us feel very comfortable anytime. I will surely return, the price - altough may seem high - is appropriate to what you get.
