Review 1：There is no lobby/bar in the hotel.

Review 2：Although the hotel is a bit outdated, the rooms are nice and clean and the service is very good. The breakfast is minimal but everything is fresh.

Review 3：I always stay in this hotel. It is very convenient and the price is very good. Everything is ALWAYS clean and the staff is exceptional every time I am there. And the upgrades in the rooms are very nice. Also has a good continental breakfast. They always treat us well and we have never had any problems.

I have discussed this with the recepcion staff and have learned that there have been sevral complains before and that they had put double layers on all beds which is correct. However we had to cancel the second night due to the poor quality off the beds. Reception staff apologized and reacted very friendly and professionally.

Staff are really obliging and take an interest in their job. We were waiting for a taxi which they had ordered for us. When it was 5 minutes the receptionist telephoned the taxi people to chase them up without us even asking.

Review 72：Nothing much for the price.There was only soap supplied in the bathrooms, shampoo or shower gell would also been handy. I played golf each day in Vale Do Lobo, so had to hire a taxi there and back so not ideal for getting there.having a car or car hire would be recommended. There was a dog pound or loads of dogs nearby so at time it was annoying having them barking particualry at all hours of the night.

Review 73：I stayed for 5 nights and based on the proce I paid thought the Hotelwas excellent value for money.All the staff were helpful and polite. The facilities were fine for what I neeed, I had a double bed as required which was great, in some/most other hotels this was difficult to find. Breakfast was included each morning and in the last two days it was me and my partner which was great, particularly when there was fresh home made cake! One moring I was late geting up and the staff wre very helpfull in accomodating the cleaning and making iof the bed in the room. It had a large swimming pool and a number of small pools all wekk kept and nice to use.

Review 74：I had two GPS (one I brought from Germany and another from a car rental company) and neither one were able to pull up the correct location. Both GPS brought up a "Hotel Apartmento A Floresta do Jose" but it's an actual apartment complex/neigborhood and not THE hotel. It took us a few hours to find the hotel. We didn't arrive until close to midnight. We had two people give us directions at different times, but we were unsuccessful in following their directions. We finally turned on our phones and risked the hefty charges to talk to the hotel personnel for directions. Instead of taking 15 minutes from Faro Airport, it took us a few hours to find the hotel. Print out online map directions!

Review 75：The staff is very friendly. We are a family of six that were given a 2 bedroom apartment for 95 euros a night. That is a great deal! It isn't a luxurious place, but very economical and acceptable. We had a kitchen with all the dishes and cooking pots we would need if we actually stayed long enough to cook. Conveniently enough, there is a supermarket right next door. There are also many restaurants in the immediate area and the beaches are only about 5-10 minute drive away! There are a few restaurants by the beach too! Our family enjoyed our last day in Portugal frolicking in the beach and ending the night at Julia's (great restaurant by the way).

For a 2 star Hotel, I have nothing to complain at all. Excellent!!!! New local supermarket has just been open few days ago, only one minute walk from hotel so that's ideal for self catering.

Kept awake one night from 3am til 7am as the people above were having a party but no one on reception from midnight until 7 to report it to but overall a very good experience in a lovely place.
