Review 1：Weak WiFi, difficult parking (bottom of our car scratched), no frills, boring breakfast (included). We love walking therefore location wasn't a problem, but be prepared for rather steep road inclines. In general we weren't thrilled and expected more for the price of $170 per night that we paid.

Review 7：Information promised "Full Breakfast," but it was a decent continental breakfast at best. Bagels, cereal, hard-boiled eggs, only grapefruit juice (a "no-no" if you take cholesterol meds), coffee, and a banana. Never did see the owner in the morning, leaving us feeling a bit abandoned for breakfast.

Review 10：Dos Angeles was beautiful. The grounds were impeccable and the room was great. John was so kind and accommodating. The price can't be beat. I am looking forward to staying with them again. It was wonderful.
Review 11：There was some ant-like insects in the kitchen area. Breakfast was bare minimum. They had boiled eggs but no bread to eat with it.

Review 13：The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. We only stayed one night instead of 2 due to a delayed flight in, but we will be back! He is an avid surfer and we appreciated the info. We will be back when the waves are in and bring our son Dylan to meet his son Dylan!

Despite the relatively late hour of our arrival, they still took the time to make us feel welcome and to orient us on what there is to do in the area. The grounds are lovely. They provide a simple, continental breakfast, which is nice.

Review 16：This was a perfect stay, John was very friendly and informative of the area and proximity of places to eat, the beach and things to do. It felt like we were guests and had our own peaceful retreat at the pool. The room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was great, excellent coffee.
Review 17：the beach nearby is lovely but you should be in good shape to walk down and up the fairly steep hill that leads to it. walk well worth it and will make you feel better about the amazing dining options available right along that same beach.

Review 20：this place should be called paradise del mar. the owners are the nicest people on the whole island and did everything to make our stay really really great. it felt like home from the first second. john even managed (on a sunday evening) to set surf lessons for the next morning. the house and the garden are beautiful and really good maintained, breakfast simple but good and the location in walking distance to the beach and some restaurants.
Review 21：This BnB is located up the hill from the beach in Puntas, very close to Rincon. The setting is just lovely, a beautiful garden around the pool. John was a great host.
Review 22：The kindness I recieved from john the proprietor of the guesthouse was nothing short of outstanding. He inconvenienced himself at every turn to make my stay more enjoyable and I would encourage anyone traveling to Rincon to stay here. You will not meet anyone who is even remotely as thoughtful as those who run Dos Angeles Del Mar
Review 23：The room was terrific. The bed...oh so comfortable. A/C available, however, the ceiling fan kept the room very comfortable!! The pool area along with the covered breakfast area was wonderful. WARNING...if you are not fully ambulatory. This is not the Guest House for you. Stairs to climb.

Review 25：We contacted John that we wouldn't be able to check in till around 11 pm because it was our wedding day. He had no problem with it. When it ended a bit earlier, we called him to tell him we'd be checking in around 10 pm if possible. He said "sure thing" and waited for us, helped us move our luggage to the room and checked us in quickly. The location and room just happened to be paradise as well.
Review 26：Was very disappointed with the room it should be more upscaled for the price being charged. Its amazing that the futon was very uncomfortable and noisy to sleep on, and they should have supplied extra sheets for the futon. Also the pool hours should be extended to at least 9pm, the worst thing of all besides the mosquitoes, the rules about quite time at 9pm, I understand owner lives on the grounds but your on vacation not to worry about the time.

Review 30：TV didn't work, Hot water ran very slowly and there was a croqui frog outside that made sleeping almost impossible. This was not the fault of the hotel though As a suggestion, the owner should sell some bottled water in the rooms as their really isn't much around to pick that stuff up.

Review 33：The mattress are very hard--we both woke up each day with backaches. The location is high up on a winding street. Everytime we entered or left the parking lot, we scrapped the bottom of our rental car. The small room tv and air conditioner are both quite old.
Review 34：Great instructions on how to get there (it is complicated). Friendly owner.The furniture is the rooms is classy, though rustic. The street is very quiet. A small breakfast was served. You can walk down the hill to a surfing beach (although in our case, as non-surfers, we had to drive to another beach across town to enjoy calmer waters). The guest house has a well maintained swimming pool. In general, the property is kept very clean.

Review 59：This is a beautiful property. The rooms were spacious, clean and had a nice decor. The garden and pool were great and it had a great location just uphill from Sandy Beach and several good places to eat. One of the best places we stayed in Puerto Rico!
Review 60：Roosters. Every morning. Not the fault of the B&B, but something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper or late riser. Something we laugh about now :)

Very peaceful environment with tons of privacy and special care to cleanliness. Felt very safe and secure in their comfortable guest house. I would definitely recommend Dos Angeles for anyone wanting a peaceful environment on the less crowded side of Rincon. And still, it only took 6-7 minutes to get to the Marina side of the island.

Review 76：Gorgeous Location, beautiful pool surrounded by lush vegetation and a view of the ocean. Very nicely appointed rooms. The breakfast area was a treat open viewing the pool and garden. John was most helpful in ideas of where to eat casually and not so and both were excellent. We do wish that we could have stayed longer and just hang out! Wonderful area even if you don't surf you can enjoy watching those that do!
Review 77：The accomodations were very spacious & clean with all the amenities (microwave, mini-fridge, A/C, ceiling fan, cable TV) & very reasonably priced. We had the ground floor, pool side suite (the pool is small but very attractive) & it was perfect. The location is high on a hill in Rincon with dining & beaches within walking distance (the hill is steep so you may want to take the short drive down; there's plenty of parking). Continental breakfast was included. Our hosts were very accommodating. John gave us a rundown on sights, activities & dining upon arrival which was extremely helpful. Rincon's location is such that within a very short distance you experience the waves of the Atlantic on one beach (reknown surfing area) & then the calm swimming waters of The Caribbean on another beach minutes away. We did swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, beach walking, shopping, relaxing, and more. We hated to leave. Thank you John & Yolanda!
Review 78：Only thing I did't like is that they don't have blackout curtains at the room, and the sun bothers if you want to sleep during the day. Also aluminum doors allows noise from outside.

Breakfast was simple, but delicious. The hotel is within walking distance of quality coffee shops / restaurants. We would have loved to stay a few more days.
Review 82：I am a 38 year old Canadian male. I stayed at Dos Angeles for four nights and my time there was excellent. I stayed in the balcony room facing the road. My room and bathroom were clean, spacious, quiet and private. I enjoyed the lovely little breakfast in the mornings. The tv with full cable and the air conditioning provided welcome relief during the times I was in my room. The hosts were available whenever needed, but were also not a constant presence. The pool was also great. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Dos Angeles to single travelers and couples. As with anywhere in Rincon, you will want to have a rental car to get around.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night here as he was booked out for other nights that we needed. Despite this the owner still helped us find another apartment to stay in near by. The ownershelped us exploring the area and provided us with a detailed map andgood tips. They also arranged a surfing a lesson with an experiencedteacher for a good price.
