Review 1：Staff no knowledge on customer service. Very rude during my check outtime. The male staff charged me full rate with breakfast and than Iinform him that my rate is without breakfast than he took the bill frommy hand without asked. I was shock with his attitude and without sayinga words. Then he gave a new bill but still with the wrong rate. He tookthe bill from my hand again and print the new bill with the correctrate only when he notices I booked through on line. I just don'tbelieved he gave me the correct bill upon the 3rd print out. Cleaniness- very poor. Carpet badly stained in both guest room and corridor. Roomfeel dusty.
