Reviews for Kaga Kanko Hotel
Review 1:English problem. Room windows weren't really airtight so it was really cold and heating didn't work that good. Room Rate is quite high. If only for one or two nights it's ok, but any more...not for me
Review 2:Nice looking hotel, Staff really tries to speak english, fails a little though, so be prepared. Nice lake behind hotel
Review 3:Very poor service throughout - well overpriced for the money we paid. The multi-course kaiseki dinner was served in such a rush -- instead of serving one course after another ( which is expected of Kaiseki dinner), nearly everything came at the same time with little or no explanation. The finished dishes were not cleared but just left on the table - everything is so messy! Will never come back here again!
Review 4:The private open air hot spring which came with this room type.
Review 5:The hotel and rooms felt a little dated and could probaly do with a make-over. But, the onsen facilities more than made up for that fact.
Review 6:I have stayed in several onsen hotels, and have never had the pleasure of so many different types of onsen in one place! The 10+ course dinner of local Ishikawa food was also magnificent!
Review 7:Ofuro in my room is too small
Review 8:Traditional Japanese room with lake view, different type of onsen indoor and outdoor, beautiful scenery from outdoor onsen
Review 9:The lakeside view is a bit obstructed by the bathhouse building structure, it is not a big problem though.
Review 10:The japanese room is spacious, there's a little scary atmosphere but very comfortable. The bathhouse also really nice, the temperature of the water is perfect. There are quite a lot of notices written in english so it os really convenient.
Review 11:Room abit old but clean.
Review 12:Nice Onsen. Big grand old hotel. A place that mostly locals will stay.
Review 13:Staff's alltitude
Review 14:Perfect bath area
Review 15:Certain part need refurbishment, the building is pretty aged
Review 16:Tatami style bedroom, onsen facilities
