Review 1：1. Directions were given only on day of arrival - not easy to pick up calls and emails when you are travelling and going through different countries / airports 2. Not told to bring our own beach towels - until we checked in! 3. Showers in both bathrooms were horrible - either a trickle of hot water or a decent shower of cold water, nothing in-between 4. Apt T201 needs an upgrade in furniture, towels (old bath towels, no face / hand towels) 5. Overall upkeep needs improved (there was an old cooker and sink in the musty closet!)

Review 3：Great value. Location is very convenient to a versitility of water sport and boating activities. The connected shopping area provides a nice outdoor bar in the marina with live entertainment and food. This is the second time we've stayed there and their will be a third.

Review 4：It needs to be well stocked with toilet paper and paper towels, also should have at least 1 hair dryer in unit.

Review 9：The view from the condo was amazing. My family and I don't think we would have had that anywhere else. Also we loved that it was just like being at home. The pool was nice and warm and just a short walk from the condo.The laundry room was a plus.

Review 10：Definitely not as described. Not a 4star villa-more of a 2.5 star condo. The owner appears to have a number of properties. However, he puts all of them under 'Ocean View Villas'. As such, the pictures and the descriptions do not match what the purchaser has rented. In addition, it was very difficult to check in The owner is absentee; we had to drive around for a few hours trying to locate the property, trying to obtain the gate and house code. Called the number that showed on the reservation- no answer. Talked with booking.com who was finally able to locate him. In all, we didn't get into the apartment until after 4pm. Found out that the gate had no guard to let us in until after 3 - check in time of 1pm was a lie. Towels were Mismatched and stained. Place was dirty. Hair and dirty smelling towels. A/c was ok,but owner wanted more money to have it on during 11am-7pm. Wifi worked ok until the battery ran out. Contacted the owner who said it was a 'universal' charger. Essentially, the ability to have wifi was up to us to find a charger for his wifi.

Review 11：Cheaply decorated with items from dollar store.Broken dresser ,damaged night table and lamp in the master bedroom.large hair ball debris in the bathroom.

Review 19：1. Apartment was not ready until about 3-4pm; however we've agreed the refund for inconvenience 2. Apartment seems to be poorly maintained: many kitchen items/utencils are very old and have to be replaced; some plumbing was leaking when used; etc. 3. Towels and some other essentials were missing at the time of check in (provided afterwards upon request) 4. Synthetic bedsheets:( 5. Very week wifi signal (modem is located in another apartment) 6. You can't use A/C during the day; this must be shown as booking condition in advance! 7. Deposit was refunded 2 weeks later only (!) when we called the landlord

Review 22：Did not have a Resort/Hotel feel. If you do book this place please note that this is like staying at home. The pool is so far away that you have to drive to get there. The windows did not have screens, therefore one night there was a Coqui in the toilet bowl and another night there was a hairy spider that was gigantic in the master bedroom (a frightening experience).

Review 23：I liked the location of the Villas, they were convenientley located I'm the Fajardo/Luquillo area. The place had ample room to accommodate the 5 of us.

Review 24：I didn't like that there was a "full kitchen" but no microwave or toaster. Also, the washer and dryer didn't work. There was no wi-fi and Internet access was sketchy. I wasn't able to send or receive a text or make a phone call for most of the trip. The sheets were iffy. I wasn't able to sleep comfortably because i wasn't sure about their overall cleanliness.

Review 25：I liked how big this space was. With a family of 6,myself included, a 3 bedroom villa was perfect. It was far from luxurious but it worked for the 4 days and 3 nights we were there. John was pleasant and accommodating.

Review 26：The property managers were wonderful personable people and the property was amazing! I could not believe we found luxury accommodations for such a great price. Planning to return this summer and I will definitely stay here again. We traveled around PR for a month and these accommodations were the best by far!
