Review 1：The hotel is great value for money, new and well kept, more upscale than what you'd expect for 3 stars. Location is really quiet, great service from the staff and willingness to help.Great choice!

Review 5：Excellent place to stay, located in a forest in the cozy area of Pomorie resort. The beach is very nice and well maintained, and is only about 100 meters away from the hotel. Great view from the room toward Bourgas bay of the Black Sea. Polite staff and overall very satisfied

There were no body towels in the room, when we complained they gave us 1, although we are 2 people staying there, the reason was that they didn't have enough body towels. The staff was totaly inadequate and not helpful. The barman said he can't open wine bottles with a cork, when I was buying one. The breakfast was poor. The restaurant too. I was surprised to discover all this, after the hotel is ratet 8.5 in booking.com and obviously the raiting didn't correspond to the quality of the service.

Quiet location, close to the beach, excellent food in the restaurant, style and measured lux are just some of the advantages of the hotel which offers quality and services far beyond its 3 stars. Very clean and comfortable room, nice pool area, polite and helpful staff.
